Abstract: In a illumination light communication system, a first illumination device receives data request information including an illumination light location ID of a second illumination device and a terminal ID of a terminal from the terminal having a visible light communication function, and acquires video session information on a video transmitted from the second illumination device by the terminal. Abstract: Provided is an apparatus for driving a LED lighting. The driving apparatus includes: a power supply unit for converting external AC power into voltage required to drive the LED lighting; a rechargeable battery charged from the power supply unit; and an MCS for receiving LED lighting control information to control the LED lighting and for receiving power from the power supply unit or the researchable battery. A first switch is connected between the AC power and the power supply unit, a second switch is connected between the researchable battery and the MCU, and a third switch is connected between the power supply unit and the MCU. Here, the MCU turns off the first and third switches and turns on the second switch if the LED lighting is turned off to receive power from the rechargeable battery.
