CONSTITUTION: A frame of a rear seat is composed of a seat back frame(10) fixed by bonding, and a back panel(11) fastened to the seat back frame with welding. The rectangular seat back frame is formed, and the back panel is integrally formed to the front of the seat back frame with welding. The back panel is protruded in the front of the rear seat through forming process. The seat back frame is bonded and fixed to the back panel with spot-welding. The effective height of the frame structure is increased against deformation at a rear-end collision with the rectangular section between the seat back frame and the back panel, and bending stiffness is increased.

When a sub frame is linked with the gusset bracket by an assembly bolt, the rigidity of a front mounting part for the sub frame and the gusset bracket are improved, and the stability of traveling is increased.
