Abstract: PURPOSE: A scissors gear structure and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to bring the flat supporting surface of a supporting protrusion into contact with the flat end surface of a scissor spring, thereby securing intensity and abrasion resistance. CONSTITUTION: A main gear(1) and a sub gear(3) have a concentric axis. The main gear and the sub gear is installed to rotate in the opposite direction. A scissors spring provides elasticity which allows the main gear and the sub gear to rotate reciprocally. An integrated supporting protrusion(7) is protruded from each surface where the main gear and the sub gear face each other. The supporting protrusion supports both ends of the scissors spring.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A jig for fixing a sprocket to separate a fuel pump is provided to improve efficiency of fuel pump separation by enabling a sprocket to be easily fixed through a maintenance hole formed in a chain cover. CONSTITUTION: A jig for fixing a sprocket to separate a fuel pump comprises an inner jig(1), an outer jig(2), a coupling unit(3), and a decoupling unit(4). The inner jig is detachably coupled to a sprocket to which a fuel pump is connected. The outer jig is fixed to a chain cover by being inserted to the inner jig in order to fix the inner jig to a maintenance hole of the chain cover. The coupling unit connects the outer jig and the inner jig. The decoupling unit is assembled to pass through the outer jig and the inner jig and pushes the fuel pump to be separated from the sprocket.

Abstract: A lock device for a vehicle is provided to operate a door lock lever and a rotor according to normal key-in operation by additionally installing a slider which is supported by a return spring. A slider receiving groove is formed on both sides of the inner periphery of an installation hole formed on one side of a door lock lever(11). An opening(27) is formed on both sides of a front end of a rotor(5) where the door lock lever is installed. A slider mounting hole(29) is axially formed on the inner surface of the opening. A slider(33) is installed in the slider mounting groove, and is supported by a return spring(31). When the slider is inserted in the groove, the slider is pressed down by the front end of a key steel part(21) to be inserted into the groove.

Abstract: A door lock structure of a vehicle is provided to prevent the overlapping of the key in response to the increment of sales of vehicles by increasing the combination number of the keys. A door lock structure of a vehicle includes a rotor case cover(11), a rotor case(12), eight lock plates(13), a rotor(14) and a snap ring(16). The door lock structure further includes a protrusion, a slider insertion groove(30), a slider(40) and a slider spring(50). The protrusion is formed on the end portion of the key to increase the combination number of the key. The slider insertion groove(30) is inserted into the central portion of the rotor(14).
