Abstract: 본 발명은 자성입체모양 도장용 도료에 관한 것으로서, 비자성체를 베이스로 하는 제품 위에 도장 공정을 이용하여 특정한 패턴을 갖는 디자인 형상을 구현하기 시킬 수 있도록 강자성체를 안료 조성물로 포함하는 도료에 관한 것이다. 이를 더욱 자세하게 설명하면, 본 발명은 1) 폴리부타디엔 변성 아크릴 폴리올 수지, 2) 폴리에스테르(Polyester) 수지, 3) 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 부틸레이트(Cellulose Acetate Butylate, CAB), 4) 폴리올레핀계 왁스 분산체, 5) 지방산 아마이드계 왁스 분산체 6) 페라이트계 자성 안료 및 7) 경화제를 함유한 메탈릭 도료; 및 8) 하이드로카본계 용제 및 케톤계 용제를 함유한 혼합용제;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이러한 본 발명의 도장용 도료는 자성입체모양을 용이하고 뚜렷하게 얻을 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 상온 부착성, 내약폼성, 내광성, 내마모성 및 내열성 등의 물성이 우수하다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A disk brake for a vehicle is provided to prevent rust, occurred when a frictional flange is corroded, from being exposed to the outside through the exposure hole of a wheel. CONSTITUTION: A disk brake for a vehicle comprises a brake rotor(10), a caliper(40), and a cover member(30). The brake rotor is rotated with a wheel(50). The brake rotor is composed of a rotor body(20) and a frictional flange(25) which is outward bent from the outer surface of the rotor body. The caliper is fixed to a vehicle body and brakes the brake rotor so that the frictional flange can be inserted between a pair of brake pads(43,44). The cover member is installed between the wheel and the brake rotor and covers rust occurred in the brake rotor.
