본 발명은 자동차의 탄소섬유 강화 플라스틱 코팅용 다층 도막에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 다양한 파장의 자외선 흡수가 가능한 특정 광안정제를 포함하며, 에폭시 수지를 함유한 프라이머층 및 특정 아크릴 수지를 함유한 클리어층을 포함함으로써 자외선으로부터의 소재 변색 및 내구성 저하를 개선한 동시에 플라스틱 소재와의 부착력, 표면 외관성 및 내후성이 우수한 자동차의 탄소섬유 강화 플라스틱 코팅용 다층 도막에 관한 것이다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A polyolefin resin composition is provided to have excellent mechanical properties such as impact strength, elasticity, a heat distortion temperature, and flowability, and to improve workability. CONSTITUTION: A polyolefin resin composition comprises 0.2-5 parts by weight of a surfactant based on 100.0 parts by weight of a mixed composition. The mixed composition consists of 30-96 weight% of a polyolefin resin, 1-30 weight% of a rubber, and 3-40 weight% of inorganic fillers. The polyolefin resin comprises a propylene homopolymer which is a propylene homopolymer; a random copolymer which is formed by copolymerizing 80-90 mol% of a polypropylene monomer and 20-10 mol% of an α-olefin comonomer; and one or a mixture of two more selected from block copolymers in which 1-10 parts by weight of an ethylene-propylene-rubber is blended to 90-99 parts by weight of a homopolymer.

PURPOSE: A non-coated black high-glossy acrylic resin composition is provided to embody colorability and weatherability, and minimize black feeling degradation. CONSTITUTION: A non-coated black high-glossy acrylic resin composition comprises 35-55 parts by weight of small-size acrylate-based copolymers having average particle size of 500-2,000 angstrom, 30-50 parts by weight of large sized acrylate copolymer having average particle diameter of 2,500-5,000 angstrom, 5-15 parts by weight of crosslinked acrylic impact resistant modifier, 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of weather-resistant stabilizer consisting of phenol-based antioxidant and benzotriazole-based ultraviolet-absorbing agent, 1-3 parts by weight of silicon-based scratch resistance reinforcing agent, and 1-3 parts by weight of metal complex-based dye based on total weight of above materials.

PURPOSE: A thermoplastic composite containing a reinforcing material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the rigidity and intensity of parts of automobiles by preparing a light weight thermoplastic composite. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a thermoplastic composite containing a reinforcing material comprises the steps of: laminating a reinforcing material on one side or both sides of a web core; and pressurizing the reinforcing material at both sides of the web core to adhere the reinforcing material to a web core.
