Abstract: 본고안은장착력을향상시킨체결너트에관한것으로서, 패널의너트나암나사부에스크류를체결할때 스크류의직경에적합하도록암나사가형성되어야하므로스크류의미세한직경차이가발생되면스크류가헐겁거나꽉 끼워져스크류나암나사부가깍이게된다. 다시말해서암나사의직경이크면헐겁고암나사의직경이작으면꽉 끼워지나, 이러한작업또한수회에걸쳐반복되면체결력이약해져체결너트로서의기능을상실하게되는종래의문제점을해결하고자한다. 본고안의해결수단은패널과패널이적층되는상태로스크류를체결장착하기위한체결부재에있어서, 상기체결부재가원판재의중앙이드로우잉(Drawing)에의해목부를갖도록원통형부가연장성형되고상기원통형부가균등하게분할된슬릿라인에의해형성됨을특징으로한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A hydraulic pressure control system of an automatic transmission for a vehicle is provided to simplify the structure and reduce weight and manufacturing cost by realizing 4 forward and reverse ranges through two simple planetary gear sets with three clutches and two brakes. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic pressure control system comprises a first pressure control valve(12) controlled by control pressure of a reducing valve and a first solenoid valve to supply D-range pressure of a manual valve to a first clutch operating at forward 1, 2 and 3 ranges; a second pressure control valve(14) controlled by the reducing valve and a second solenoid valve to supply D-range pressure of the manual valve to a second clutch and a second brake; an N-R control valve(18) controlling hydraulic pressure from a reverse range to the second brake; a third pressure control valve(16) controlled by the reducing valve and a third solenoid valve to regulate hydraulic pressure to an operating chamber of the first brake; a switch valve(22) controlled by L-range pressure and line pressure to control hydraulic pressure to the second brake and the second clutch; a servo release feed valve controlled by line pressure and a fourth solenoid valve to regulate hydraulic pressure to the release chamber of the first brake; a fail-safe valve(26) controlled by line pressure, release chamber pressure of the first brake, the second pressure control valve and the first clutch pressure; and a high-low valve(28) controlled by line pressure and the fourth solenoid valve to supply pressure of the second clutch to the regulator valve partially at forward 3 or 4 range.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An air-breathing device of an automatic transmission is provided to prevent transmutation of an actuating fluid by water coming in through a passage of a transmission case by installing an opening and shutting structure to the passage. CONSTITUTION: An air-breathing device of an automatic transmission comprises a through hole(12) formed to the upper side of a transmission case(10), to allow communication with the outside; a breather pipe(14) of a hollow shape fixed in the through hole; and an opening and shutting structure(18) installed inside the breather pipe, to make the inside of the transmission case selectively communicate with the outside only when the inner pressure of the transmission case rises.
