CONSTITUTION: A norbonene ester-based derivative is represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R is a C1-20, linear or branched alkylene group, n is an integer from 1 to 15. A manufacturing method of the norbonene ester-based derivative uses a Diels-Alder reaction of cyclopentadiene and diacrylate under the presence of an organic solvent and a Lewis acid at a temperature range of -20 to 100 °C. The Lewis catalyst is an aluminum-based, titanium-based tin or zinc. A amount used of the Lewis catalyst is 0.1-50 mol% based on the diacrylate.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: An engine adjuvant for a gasoline engine lubricant is provided, which is improved in the compatibility with an already-existing lubricant and forms the protection layer on an internal combustion engine easily for preventing the damage of the internal surface of an engine, improving the gasoline mileage and reducing the smoke. CONSTITUTION: The engine adjuvant comprises 50-90 wt% of a synthetic oil mixture of a poly(α-olefin) and a diester oil; 2-15 wt% of a molybdenum compound containing no phosphorus; 2-10 wt% of an oil-soluble secondary amine antioxidizing agent; 2-10 wt% of an alkali earth metal sulfonate; and 2-10 wt% of an ashless imide-based dispersant. Preferably the α-olefin has a viscosity of 15-40 cSt at 40 deg.C and 3-8 cSt at 100 deg.C; the diester oil has a viscosity of 20-40 cSt at 40 deg.C and 3-8 cSt at 100 deg.C; the molybdenum compound is molybdenum carbamate or an organic molybdenum compound; the oil-soluble secondary amine antioxidizing agent is represented by R'N(-R")H, wherein R' and R" are an aryl group of C6-C30; the alkali earth metal sulfonate is a metal alkylbenzene sulfonate represented by the formula 2, wherein R is an alkyl group of C8-C20 and M is a metal element; and the ashless imide-based dispersant is at least one selected from the group consisting of a polybutene-maleic acid ester copolymer, a substituted succinimide, a polyamide succinimide, a polyhydroxy succinic acid ester and a substituted Mannich base.

    Abstract: 본 발명은 새로운 대체냉매인 R-134a(1, 1, 1, 2-테트라 플루오르 에탄)을 사용한 가정용 냉장고에 쓰이는 냉각윤활제의 조성물에 관한 것이다. 네오펜틸글리콜과 카프릴릭산으로 합성된 네오펜틸글리콜디카프릴레이트와 아디핀산, 네오펜틸글리콜, 카프릴릭산으로 합성된 디(네오펜틸글리콜모노카플릴레이트)아디페이트는 각각 40℃에서 동점도가 7.103cSt(100℃에서는 2.197cSt), 83.73cSt(100℃에서는 12.11cSt)로써 가정용 냉장고에 사용할 수 있는 점도범위인 40℃에서 10.0cSt∼35.2cSt에 맞지 않는 문제점이 있다.
    본 발명에서는 가정용 냉장고에 사용할 수 있는 윤활기유를 연구한 결과 네오펜틸글리콜디카프릴레이트와 디(네오펜틸글리콜모노카프릴레이트)아디페이트를 무게비로 8 : 2∼4 : 6이 되도록 조성하므로써 40℃에서 동점도가 10cSt∼35.0cSt가 되도록 하므로서 가정용 냉장고의 윤활제로 사용가능한 우수한 효과가 있다.
