Abstract: 본 발명은 새로운 대체냉매인 R-134a(1, 1, 1, 2-테트라 플루오르 에탄)을 사용한 가정용 냉장고에 쓰이는 냉각윤활제의 조성물에 관한 것이다. 네오펜틸글리콜과 카프릴릭산으로 합성된 네오펜틸글리콜디카프릴레이트와 아디핀산, 네오펜틸글리콜, 카프릴릭산으로 합성된 디(네오펜틸글리콜모노카플릴레이트)아디페이트는 각각 40℃에서 동점도가 7.103cSt(100℃에서는 2.197cSt), 83.73cSt(100℃에서는 12.11cSt)로써 가정용 냉장고에 사용할 수 있는 점도범위인 40℃에서 10.0cSt∼35.2cSt에 맞지 않는 문제점이 있다.
본 발명에서는 가정용 냉장고에 사용할 수 있는 윤활기유를 연구한 결과 네오펜틸글리콜디카프릴레이트와 디(네오펜틸글리콜모노카프릴레이트)아디페이트를 무게비로 8 : 2∼4 : 6이 되도록 조성하므로써 40℃에서 동점도가 10cSt∼35.0cSt가 되도록 하므로서 가정용 냉장고의 윤활제로 사용가능한 우수한 효과가 있다.-

Abstract: A polyisobutylene succinic acid imide of formula (I) is prepd. by reacting a maleic acid anhydride with a polyisobutylene having 800-1400 molecular wt. at 5-15 kg/cm2 to obtain a polyisobutylene succinic acid (II), and reacting (II) with a tetraethylene pentamine (II) [mixing mole ratio of (II) to (III) is 1:0.3-1 at 180-230 deg.C. In (I), R is polyisobutylene; n is 3-6. (I) is used as a dispersing agent of a lubricating oil for internal combustion engines.

Abstract: The refrigerant oil for household refrigerator is prepared using R-134a as a coolant. R-134a is prepared through additive reaction of pentaerysritol, 2-ethylhexylacid, 2-methylhexylacid or etc. using the solvent prereacted with pentaerysritol, 2-ethylhexylacid, 2-methylhexylacid or etc. The prepared refrigerant oil reduces the reaction time so that heat loss is minimized and the change of color is prevented.

Abstract: A calcium sulfonate with a good oil solubility is produced by mixing heavy alkylbenzene sulfonic acid and quick lime with methanol and water of 5-15% by weight (based with heavy alkylbenzen sulfonic acid), and neutralizing them at 50 deg.C or 60 deg.C. The above heavy alkylbenzene sufonic acid of which molecular weight is about 450, is synthesized by sulfoning heavy alkylbenzene. The mole ratio of quick lime to heavy alkylbenzene is 1-2. A usage is rust preventive lubricating oil for internal combustion engine.
