R1-R5 = H, 1-20C alkyl or cycloalkyl, 4-20C alkyl-cycloalkyl, 4-20C cycloalkyl-alkyl, aryl, 7-20C alkylaryl, 7-20C aralkyl or heterocyclic; Q = Al, B, Cr, Fe or Ga; M = Si, Ti or Ge; a, b = 0.5:1 to 1,000-1; and c = 0 to 2:1.
