H, C.sub.1.n. azC.sub.20.n.-alkyl, cykloalkyl, benzyl; R.sup.2.n., R.sup.3.n., R.sup.4.n., R.sup.5.n. jsou nezávisle na sobe C.sub.1.n. az C.sub.20.n.-alkyl; n je prirozené císlo vetsí nez 1, pricemz piperidinové deriváty vázané na R jsou se zretelem na substituenty, to znamená R.sup.1.n., R.sup.2.n., R.sup.3.n., R.sup.4.n. a R.sup.5.n., rozdílné nebo stejné. Takto vyrobené polyamidy se pouzívají k výrobe nití, vláken, fólií, plosných útvaru a tvarových teles.

Abstract: 1.- Procedimiento para la obtención de una poliamida que contiene pigmentos de dióxido de titanio, caracterizado porque se dispersan pigmentos de dióxido de titanio en una mezcla de partida que contiene agua y caprolactama mediante un dispositivo,cuyo dispositivo presenta: una cámara de dispersión, un rotor discoidal dispuesto en esta cámara de dispersión, un estator con orificios radiales, que está dispuesto en la cámara de dispersión en conexión con el rotor, una entrada de producto en cada lado del rotor, cuyas dos entradas tienen, preferentemente, cada vez una sección de canal axial tal, que las dos corrientes de producto sean reunidas en la región del borde exterior del disco rotor, y una salida de producto en el borde exterior de la zona de dispersión de la cámara de dispersión,en donde los pigmentos de dióxido de titanio son alimentados por una de las entradas de producto mencionadas y la mezcla de partida, que contiene agua y caprolactama, es alimentada por la otra de la entradas de producto en la cámara de dispersión, obteniéndose una mezcla de producto, que contiene agua, caprolactama y el pigmento de dióxido de titanio usado por vía de la salida de producto,yla mezcla de producto es polimerizada en una poliamida que contiene pigmentos de dióxido de titanio.2.- Procedimiento según la reivindicación 1, en donde la mezcla de partida contiene adicionalmente un dispersante.3.- Procedimiento según la reivindicación 1 o la reivindicación 2, en donde se elimina agua de la mezcla de producto antes o durante la polimerización.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for producing a polyamide containing titanium dioxide pigments. Said method is characterized by the fact that titanium dioxide pigments are dispersed in an initial mixture containing water and caprolactam by means of a device comprising a dispersion chamber, a disk-shaped rotor that is disposed inside said dispersion chamber, a stator that is provided with radial openings, is arranged within the dispersion zone of the dispersion chamber, and is connected to the rotor, a substance inlet located on each side of the rotor, preferably with a respective axial duct section such that the two flows of substance are combined in the peripheral edge area of the rotor disk, and a product outlet which is placed on the outer edge of the dispersion zone of the dispersion chamber, by feeding the titanium dioxide pigments to the dispersion chamber through one of said substance inlets while feeding the initial mixture containing water and caprolactam to the dispersion chamber through the other of said substance inlets, whereby a product mixture containing water, caprolactam, and the used titanium dioxide pigment is obtained via the product outlet, and the product mixture is polymerized so as to obtain a polyamide containing titanium dioxide pigments. Also disclosed are polyamides obtained according to the inventive method and the use of such polyamides as a masterbatch.
