    Abstract: PURPOSE:To effectively/make a pneumatic tire flameproof by minimizing the quantity of a consumed flameproof rubber component without damaging a requested fundamental characteristics such as the wear and abrasion resistance and heat build-up resistance of a tread. CONSTITUTION:The reinforcing part of a pneumatic tire 10 has an one-ply radial carcass 14 reinforced by a steel cord mounting in troidal shape on a pair of bead cores 12 and two layers of belts 16 reinforced by a steel cord on the outside in the radial direction of the radial carcass 14, and moreover a bead reinforced layer 22 along the outside of the turning up part of the radial carcass 14. The tire has an outer skin rubber part formed of a tread rubber layer 30 and a side rubber layer 32 which lies in a row on both the sides of the tread rubber layer 30 and extends toward a radial inside to a spot near a bead part, and the tread part is provided with a groove 34 continuing in a peripheral direction. The inner peripheral face of the groove 34 is arranged provided with a flame proof rubber component layer L whose oxygen index is within a range from 22.0 to 30.0 to a gauge T being 1.0 mm or less.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To mold and vulcanize a rubber product such as a tire with good workability without generating molding inferiority by using vulcanizing bladder excellent in mechanical properties, physical properties such as hot water resistance and chemical properties and having good durability and releasability. CONSTITUTION:In the molding and vulcanization of a rubber product using a vulcanizing bladder, the vulcanizing bladder is formed so as to have a multilayered structure composed of a plurality of layers and has a layer (A) composed of a rubber composition based on org. rubber on the innermost side thereof and a layer (B) composed of a rubber composition whose release stress with the rubber product is 0.5kg/cm or less on the outermost side thereof.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the subject tire, having a tread surface part thereof prepared by including an elastomer mixture containing a specific copolymer composition and natural rubber blended in specified amounts and useful for trucks, buses, etc. CONSTITUTION:The objective tire having at least a tread surface thereof produced from a vulcanizable elastomer composition prepared by blending (A) 100 pts.wt. elastomer mixture composed of (i) 10-90wt.% copolymer composition component (the copolymer has >=100000 average molecular weight) obtained by blending a 1,3-conjugated diene with an aromatic compound using a catalyst composed of a trimetalated 1-alkyne [the alkyne is expressed by the formula (R is alkyl)] prepared by reacting, at >=70 deg.C temperature a >=4C 1-alkyne with an organometallic compound expressed by the formula R M (R is hydrocarbyl ; M is alkaline metal), where the molar ratio of the 1,3-conjugated diene to 1-alkyne is (2:1) to (30:1) and that of the compound expressed by the formula R M to 1-alkyne is 3:1, and (ii) 10-90wt.% natural rubber with (B) 25-150 pts.wt. reinforcing carbon black.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To form an optimum expander easily according to characteristics and applications, etc., of an object to be held as well as to improve the extent of durability in this expander by forming a surface layer at the expansion surface side of a tube, and forming the expander into at least a two-layer structure. CONSTITUTION:A surface layer 4 is formed only in a surface, where a tube 3 is actually expanded, by means of coating, laminating or the like. A desired expander 1 is constituted by a two-layer structure consisting of this tube 3 and the surface layer 4. In a usual service state of this expander 1, a compressive strain acts on the surface layer 4 all the time, so that even if a small flaw is made on the surface, it will not come to a large one at once, thus durability in the expander 1 is improvable.

CONSTITUTION:In case of a radial-ply tire for a passenger car, the whole layer of a tire side part S ranging from an upper part of a bead part 2 to a lower part of a shoulder part 4 via a sidewall part 3 or an outer layer alone, if in case of a structure of both inner and outer layers, is formed with a rubber composite which contains polyorganosiloxane B or organic rubber A and the polyorganosiloxane B and its composite ratio is A/B=95/5-0/100.
