    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide excellent flaw resistance and durability by regulating a pit layer made of a resin composition obtained by blending carbon black with thermoplastic elastomer to a specific value of modulus of repulsion elasticity based on an impact resilience test of JIS K 6301. SOLUTION: The resin printing plate material 1 is constituted by a laminate obtained by laminating and integrating a pit layer 2 and with thermoplastic resin having compatibility with thermoplastic elastomer. The layer 2 is formed of a resin composition containing 5 to 30 pts.wt. of blending amount of carbon black to 100 pts.wt. of thermoplastic elastomer component. The composition for the layer is regulated to 10 to 50% of modulus of repulsion elasticity based on an impact resilience test of JIS K 6301. If the modulus is excessively low, a flaw occurs, while if the modulus is excessively high, it is excessively soft, and hence there is a fear of deteriorating color reproducibility at the time of printing. To regulate the modulus of the repulsion elasticity of the composition for the layer, thermoplastic resin having compatibility with the thermoplastic elastomer is, for example, added.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size and weight of a laser block by providing a fixed semiconductor laser part having at least a semiconductor laser, an imaging optical system part moving corresponding to a laser beam emitted position, and an optical fiber for coupling the laser part to the optical system part. SOLUTION: A semiconductor laser part 31 is connected to one end of an optical fiber 72 through an optical fiber connector 71-1. The other end of the fiber 72 is connected to the focusing optical system part 30 through an optical fiber connector 71-2, and the length of the fiber 72 is formed longer than the width of a printing plate in the axial direction of a plate cylinder. Since only a laser block having the optical system may be mounted at the laser moving stage 28 of the semiconductor laser and optical system, the size and weight of the moving part can be reduced. The problem of the inertia at the time of moving is substantially eliminated by the reduction of the weight of the moving part.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To improve durability and to enable recycling by arranging the tensile strength of a laminate consisting of a pit layer of an acrylic resin composition in which carbon black etc., are incorporated into a resin component and a reinforcing layer of a thermoplastic resin on the back of the pit layer to be a specified value or more. CONSTITUTION: In a printing plate material 1 of resin which can make a printing plate by laser etching, a resin component in which an acrylic resin and an impact reinforcing agent are incorporated is laminated with a pit layer 2 in which carbon black and a heat decomposing substance are incorporated and a reinforcing layer 3 of thermoplastic resin to be integrated into a laminate. The tensile strength of the laminate is set at 25N/mm or more. In order to recycle the printing plate material, a thermoplastic resin which is compatible with an acrylic resin which is a main component of the pit layer 2 is used preferably as the reinforcing layer. In the pit layer 2, the content of an impact reinforcing agent in an acrylic resin composition is arranged to be 100-400 pts.wt. to 100 pts.wt. of acrylic resin.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To easily and accurately align a press plate with a plate cylinder. CONSTITUTION:When a recess 11 corresponding to image information is formed on a coating layer 3 on a base film 2 formed with the layer 3, aligning marks 6-9 partly removed from the layer 3 are formed together. When a press plate 5 formed with the marks 6-9 is mounted at a plate cylinder 21, it is aligned by detecting lights transmitted through the marks 6-9 and the film 2 by optical sensors 36-39. Thus, the plate 5 can be accurately aligned with the cylinder 21 in a short time. Particularly, when the marks 6-9 are formed of register marks for observing register of multiple colors of printing, the plate 5 can be aligned with the cylinder 21 accurately in a short time even without requiring a special expart. Further, a print in which an initial sheet has no color deviation is obtained.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a low-cost plate cylinder having a high grade and being proper to the printing of intermediate number by irradiating the circumferential surface of a synthetic resin cylinder or column with laser beams and forming recessed sections in accordance with the variable density of a picture image. CONSTITUTION:A core 17 is composed of a metallic cylinder, and a cylindrical plate cylinder 6 having an inside diameter approximately equal to the outside diameter of the core 17 and being made of a synthetic resin is inserted along the outside diameter of the core 17. A thermoplastic resin having the narrow range of the distribution of the melting point and hardness on curing and scattering or sublimating at a low temperature on melting may be used as the synthetic resin, and the thermoplastic resin in which approximately 20% carbon is contained in a polyethylene resin, an acrylic resin or a polypropylene resin, etc., can be employed. The plate cylinder 6 is irradiated with laser beams through a focal lens 23, the focus is placed on the surface of the plate cylinder 6 made of the synthetic resin and a printing plate is melted, and the synthetic resin is scattered or sublimated. The quantity and size of recess in which a print material is scattered or sublimated are adjusted by modulating a laser or changing the laser irradiation time to one recess 15 at that time, and a recess having volume corresponding to a gradation is formed.

CONSTITUTION:An electrostatic head 4 has a writing-in electrode 4a and a control electrode 4b, electrifies the blackboard sheet 1 by means of the writing-in electrode 4a according to writing-in information from a control part 5 to form the latent image. The electrostatic head 4, a developing roll 8 constituting the developing means 6 and a fixing lamp 9 are arranged in a region where the blackboard sheet 1 at the bottom of a device is guided by a direction inverting guide 10 in order from the side of a lower roller 3. The development of the latent image is executed by the attraction of the toner attracted by the magnetism to the developing roll 8 and the toner is softened by the fixing lamp 9 to fix the toner. Thus operability is improved to facilitate the handling.

The signal St and Sr are supplied to level detecting circuits 91, 92, respectively, each peak-to-peak level signal is fetched, both these signals are compared by a comparing circuit 93 and supplied to the switching circuit 86, and the signal of a larger level is fetched and becomes a signal of the image data.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To make it unnecessary to use complex software and to shorten writing time by modulating laser light to interpolate it during a response period when the irradiating position of laser light is scanned at the writing of a straight line between discontinuous two points of a cell. CONSTITUTION:A liquid crystal display device consists of a liquid crystal cell 10, a writing means 20, a scanning means 30, a projecting means 50, a tablet 60, a microcomputer 70, etc. Even if address outputs Ax, Ay are changed at a time t0, the coordinates to be irradiated by laser light are not immediately turned to new coordinates, but are turned to the new coordinates after the passage of a response period t0-t1. During the period t0-t1, the coordinates to be irradiated by the laser light, are linearly changed from the old coordinates to the new coordinates. When a straight line is to be drawn between discontinuous two points (old and new coordinates), a writing pulse is supplied to a laser diode 23 during the response period t0-t1 of scanning of laser diode. Consequently, complex software is not required and the time can be shortened. In addition, a specific IC for graphics is not required.
