    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a highly aesthetic fabric through such processes that a fabric with a ridged unevennesses is moved along a bar with a specific curved surface provided on the nozzle side of an ink jet and bent so as to open the ridges followed by making an ink jet to effect printing even onto the unevenness and their sides. CONSTITUTION:In making an ink jet printing on a knitted fabric with ridged unevennesses on its surface, the fabric is made compliant with a bar having curved surface 2-15mm in convex radius of curvature and provided on the nozzle side of an ink jet at the site where ink is to be dripped and then printed in such a state that the ridges of the fabric are parallel with the longer direction of the bar to form a continuous color pattern throughout the ridged unevennesses and their sides thus obtaining the objective highly aesthetic fabric excellent in clear, fine color pattern.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide the subject dyeing method capable of preventing dye utility drop-off, also capable of giving dyed textile products of high fastness in a wide range of hue including excellently deep-colored products in spite of low dyeing cost. CONSTITUTION:In dyeing a polyester textile product >=1 denier in single fiber fineness, this product is pretreated with a swelling agent under such a condition as to be >=13 in shrinkage parameter, and put to swelling agent-removing treatment, and then subjected to exhaustion dyeing at 125-145 deg.C. By this method, unconventionally deep-colored textile products including those with significantly broadened hue range can be obtained at a relatively low dye concentrations.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To produce a fiber structure free from creases and irregular dyed parts in a shortened process by dyeing the fiber with a solution containing a dye and a brittling agent for a polyester and subsequently removing the polyester component with an alkali agent, the fiber comprising two or more components whose one consists of the polyester. CONSTITUTION:A fiber comprising two or more components whose one component is a polyester, preferably a fiber comprising a polyester/a modified polyester (containing a polyester having sulfonic acid group as a sea component), is treated with a solution containing a brittling agent for the polyester component, e.g. a mineral acid or organic acid, especially preferably maleic acid, and a dye (disperse dye) in the same bath, and the modified polyester component is dissolved and removed with an alkali agent (preferably sodium hydroxide) or with the alkali agent and a cleanser to reasonably and profitably produce the uniformly dyed fiber structure in a markedly shortened process.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the title cloth improved in ink blur preventivity, excellent in color developability and capable of giving densely colored, fine printed images by imparting a cloth with a water-based treatment solution containing a water- soluble polymer, a water-soluble organic solvent and, when appropriate, a foaming agent. CONSTITUTION:A cloth such as of synthetic fiber or natural fiber is imparted with a water-based treatment solution comprising (A) a combination of (1) a water-soluble polymer (e.g. natural paste, synthetic water-soluble polymer) and (2) a water-soluble organic solvent (pref. ethylene glycol or propylene the glycol) (pref. a combination of alginate/ethylene glycol) and (B) a foaming agent, followed by drying, thus the giving objective cloth improved in ink blur preventivity, good in color developability and capable of giving densely colored, fine printed images. Said water-soluble organic solvent is pref. 60-250 deg.C in boiling point (e.g. an alcohol., glycol).

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide an ink jet dyeing cloth which has a high stain preventive effect and by which a sharp clear textile printing pattern can be obtained, by using a cloth which contains alkylcellulose and inorganic salt. CONSTITUTION:In the case where a cloth containing both alkylcellulose and inorganic salt is used, affinity between an alkylcellulose and inorganic salt layer and ink on the cloth decreases by mutual action of both compounds, and an absorbing speed of ink into the cloth becomes slow. Consequently, a stain is prevented. Methyl cellulose, ethyl cellulose, hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, and hydroxyethylmethyl cellulose are preferable as alkylcellulose. Water-soluble compounds of carbonate, chloride, sulfate, nitrate, phosphate, hydroxide, acetate, etc., of alkali metal and alkali earth metal are selected as an inorganic salt.
