Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the erroneous setting between a pressure reducing means and a nozzle and the positional slippage between them from developing and realize the setting of them to the previously known optimum positional relationship at all times by a method wherein the pressure reducing means, which is arranged on the upstream side to the traveling direction of a casting surface from the landing point of a resin film discharged from the nozzle onto the casting surface, and the nozzle are integrally constituted. SOLUTION: A pressure reducing means 6 and a nozzle 1 are integrally constituted and the relative positional relationship between the nozzle 1 and the pressure reducing means 6, especially the relative positional relationship between the outlet of the slit gap 1a of the nozzle 1 and the chamber opening 6b of the pressure reducing means 6 is decided without dissent to a relationship determined in advance at an initial design and keep constant at all times. In an equipment, only by adjusting the position of the mouthpiece 1 to a drum 3, the relative positional relationship of the pressure reducing means 6 to a casting surface 4 can be automatically kept in the optimum positional relationship at all times, resulting in avoiding the contacting situation between the pressure reducing means 6 and the casting surface 4 from developing. Thus, the optimum positional relationship can be kept among the nozzle 1, the pressure reducing means 6 and the traveling casting surface 4, resulting in allowing to keep the quality of a molded product and realize the stable production of a film.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a film which is improved in an irregularity of a thickness by enabling a slit clearance to be highly precisely and finely adjusted by a method wherein a slit clearance for extruding a solution film in a mouthpiece is formed by a pair of lips, and heat bolt is used for one side of slit clearance-adjusting means at both lips. SOLUTION: A solution film 3 is cast on a transfer cast face 4 from a slit clearance 2 of a mouthpiece 1. The slit clearance 2 is formed between a pair of lips 5a, 5b arranged opposed to each other. Further, a manual bolt 6 for adjusting the slit clearance 2 by displacing the lip 5b is provided in one side lip 5b. Furthermore, a heat bolt 8 which is expanded or contracted by radiation of heat from a built-in heating element 7 is arranged in the other lip 5a. Then, a thickness of the film is measured with a thickness meter, and an electric power or the like of the heating element 7 is controlled by a controller based on the measured result. Thereby, the heat bolt 8 is elongated or contracted, and the slit clearance 2 is expanded or contracted.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a film-making speed and a productivity by preventing air bite from being generated by a method wherein fluctuation of a landing point on a transfer cast surface of a resin film extruded from a slit clearance of a mouthpiece is controlled by at least two suction means which are different from each other. SOLUTION: A suction nozzle 6 for generating a negative pressure region 5 coming in contact with a resin film 2 is arranged to a rear face side of a mouthpiece 1, i.e., an upstream side in a transfer direction from a landing point 4 onto a cast face 3a on a rotary drum 3 of the resin film 2. A means for applying a liquid onto the cast face 3a is arranged to a further upstream side in a transfer direction, which comprises a spray nozzle 10 for applying a solvent equal in quality to the solvent contained in the resin film 2. Then, the resin film 2 is restricted so as to be stably landed at a specific landing point 4 by a negative pressure region 5 generated by the suction nozzle 6 to restrict fluctuation of the landing point 4. Further, the resin film 2 is made easy to be bonded by the solvent which is applied by the spray nozzle 10, and local fluctuation of the landing point 4 is restricted.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize film formation while a life of a filter is remarkably prolonged by using a metal powder sintered filter wherein a sieve opening of the filter is successively decreased in the order from the initial filtration process, and in the last filtration process, a sieve opening larger than that in the preceeding process is provided. SOLUTION: Polyester resin is extruded by melting with an extruding machine, and the molten resin is successively filtered with a filter consisting of metal powder sintered compact of a large sive opening on the first stage, a filter consisting of metal fiber sintered compact wherein the sieve opening is the minimum and filter precision is 10 μm or under on the second stage, and a filter consisting of the metal powder sintered compact of a large sieve opening lastly. For the filter in this case, molten resin from, for example, the extruding machine 1 is filtered by using three or more kinds of filters 2, 3, 4. The filtered molten resin is discharged in a sheet state from a mouthpiece. A resin sheet is solidified by cooling with a cooling rotor 12 to become a polyester resin sheet 6.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve easy adhesion and eliminate thickness irregularities by applying an easily adherent coating on one of the faces of a polyester film whose ratio of a peak strength in the longitudinal direction of a biaxially oriented polyester film and a peak strength in the thickness direction, at a specific number of waves measured by the laser Raman scattering process. SOLUTION: An easily adherent coating is applied to one of the faces of a polyester film whose ratio R (IMD/IND) of a peak strength (IMD) in the longitudinal direction and a peak strength (IND) in the thickness direction, at 1615 cm measured by the laser Raman scattering process is 6-20. This coating is preferably a mixture made up mainly of copolyester ether resin and higher fatty acid wax. This polyester film is oriented in a first step at a magnification of 1.5-3 times, within a range of film temperature above the Tg and below the Tg+60 deg.C of polyester at the time of orientating the film in the longitudinal direction, and then is oriented in a second step at a magnification of about 2.5-4 times after lowering the film temperatures to a level below a temperature lower by 5 deg.C than the orientation temperature of the first step.

For the purpose of removing the adhered materials, a process of hydrolyzing the adhered materials, a photodissociation process, a decomposition process by using heat and elasticity, a chemical decomposition process or the like is used. To be concrete, a process of providing the humidity in the periphery on the vicinity of a slit section of a cap of preferably to 0.007-0.1kg/kg' by using humidified air, a process of emitting ultraviolet rays of wave length of preferably 300nm or under in the vicinity of the slit of the cap, a process of decomposing electrically or thermally the adhered materials in the vicinity of the slit of the cap by using corona discharge, a thermal decomposition process or a process of spraying ozones in the vicinity of the slit section of the cap can be used.
