Abstract: A network fault analysis method and apparatus are described for performing fault analysis on a network element device based on an NF service. The method includes a fault detection network element obtaining log data that is generated by a to-be-detected network element in a past specified duration. After obtaining the log data, the fault detection network element determines, based on the obtained log data, a log feature corresponding to the log data, and searches, in a fault relational database, for a fault type corresponding to the log feature. After detecting the fault type, the fault detection network element sends the found fault type to a policy control network element, so that the policy control network element can determine a corresponding recovery measure based on the fault type, and the to-be-detected network element can process, by using the recovery measure, a fault that occurs.

Abstract: A white light emitting material having a chemical structural formula represented by formula (I), a preparation method thereof and application thereof. The preparation method comprises subjecting tris(4-iodophenyl)amine and 4-methoxyphenylacetylene or tris(4-iodophenyl)amine and methyl 4-ethynylbenzoate to a coupling reaction under protection of a protective gas and catalysis of a Pd/Cu mixed catalyst, to obtain the white light emitting material. A novel temperature-sensitive light emitting material is synthesized through a one-step method. The material is applied to the field of diode luminescence based on the temperature-sensitive characteristic. White light luminescence can be finally realized only by reasonably controlling the temperature and duration time during heating a substrate. Compared with the existing art, the method greatly saves raw material costs and manufacturing process costs, and provides a novel idea and strategy for use of a white organic light emitting diode.

Abstract: A low dropout linear voltage regulator is provided. In the low dropout linear voltage regulator, a power transistor has a source connected to a power source, a gate connected to an output terminal of an error amplifier, a drain connected to an output terminal of the low dropout linear voltage regulator. A dynamic Miller compensation network has a first terminal connected to the output terminal of the error amplifier, a second terminal connected to the output terminal of the low dropout linear voltage regulator. A controller has a first terminal connected to the gate of the power transistor, and a second terminal connected to a third terminal of the Miller compensation network. The controller is configured to detect a current at the output terminal of the low dropout linear voltage regulator and generate control signals according to the current to control connection and disconnection of each second resistance-capacitance branch in the dynamic Miller compensation network.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a congestion control method, an apparatus, and a system. The method includes receiving, by a first device, an acknowledgement packet that is from a second device and that includes an ECE identifier. Based on an indication of the ECE identifier the first device starts monitoring a plurality of sub streams on a plurality of transmission paths between the first device and the second device, and grouping, into one set, sub streams that meet a congestion control condition. Additionally, intra-set congestion control is performed on the sub streams in the set. Separately congestion control is performed on a sub stream that is not in the set. The congestion control method is applied to a scenario in which data transmission is performed between the first device and the second device by using the MPTCP.

Abstract: Disclosed is a control method for controlling data return in a passive sensor network comprising an aggregation node and sensor nodes. The control method comprises the following steps: controlling the aggregation node to broadcast energy to the entire passive sensor network; controlling the sensor nodes to collect the energy broadcast by the aggregation node; clustering, according to a predetermined clustering rule, the sensor nodes and selecting cluster heads; and controlling each of the sensor nodes of each cluster to transmit data to a corresponding cluster head and then to the aggregation node or one of the sensor nodes of a cluster closer to the aggregation node so as to eventually transmit the data to the aggregation node and closing the sensor node that completes data transmission. In addition, a control device is also disclosed.

The high performance thermoelectric device includes segmented structures which may provide an optimal match between the thermoelectric materials and the environmental temperature difference; blocking layers and stress-buffering layers which can reduce interface element migration and longitudinal contact thermal expansion stress and increase bonding strength; phonon scattering layers and negative thermal expansion buffering layers inserted and fixing the thermoelectric leg, thereby increasing internal thermal resistance and improving transverse thermo-match for the high performance thermoelectric device; an inner package and an outer package, thus avoiding sublimation and oxidation of the thermoelectric materials and providing the thermoelectric device with enhanced impact resistance from outside.

Abstract: A video encoding and decoding method and apparatus are provided.
