Abstract: PURPOSE: A floating wind power generator is provided to prevent a manager from falling down to the sea by preventing a floating structure from shaking. CONSTITUTION: A floating wind power generator comprises a generator housing, multiple blades, a floating body(220), a receiving unit, and a structure support(210), and a supporter(230). The blades are rotatably installed in the generator housing. The floating body has a hollow. The receiving unit accepts air to generate additional buoyancy when seawater flows into the hollow. The structure support is located at the top surface of the floating body. The supporter is coupled to the bottom surface of the floating body.
