PURPOSE: A conductive polyamide complex composition is provided to reduce the amount of used conductive filler and to ensure an excellent appearance, gasoline resistance, tensile strength, impact strength, and moldability. CONSTITUTION: A conductive polyamide complex composition comprises (A) 100.0 parts by weight of a base resin, (B) 1-15 parts by weight of carbon black, and (C) 0.01-5 parts by weight of carbon nanotubes. The base resin comprises (A-1) 30-99 weight% of polyamide resin and 1-70 weight% of (A-2) resin selected from the group consisting of a polyolefin resin, polyester resin, polyolefin-based copolymer, and combinations thereof.

PURPOSE: A polycarbonate-based thermoplastic resin composition is provided to secure the shock resistance, the heat resistance, the workability, and the property balance of the composition. CONSTITUTION: A polycarbonate-based thermoplastic resin composition contains the following: 20~95wt% of polycarbonate resin; and 5~80wt% of graft resin including a rubber polymer core(1), a first shell(5) grafted on the core, and a second shell(20) graft-polymerized on the first shell. The graft resin is produced by the following steps: producing a rubber modified vinyl graft copolymer formed with the core and the first shell by graft-polymerizing a vinyl monomer with a rubber polymer; and forming the second shell by graft-polymerizing a carbonyl group compound with the graft copolymer.

PURPOSE: A polyhydroxy alkanoate resin composition is provided to secure the tensile strength, the flexural strength, and the flexural modulus of the composition, and to apply the composition for molded products including office devices and spare parts of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A polyhydroxy alkanoate resin composition contains the following: 10~50wt% of polyhydroxyalkanoate resin; 10~40wt% of rubber-modified vinyl-based graft copolymer; and 10~80wt% of vinyl copolymer resin. The polyhydroxyalkanoate resin is aliphatic polyester including a recurring unit, hydroxyalkanoate monomer marked with chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, R1 refers to a hydrogen atom, or a substituted or non-substituted alkyl group with the carbon number of 1~15.

PURPOSE: A natural fiber-reinforced polylactic acid resin composition is provided to excellent properties balance of anti-hydrolysis properties, a mechanical strength, and heat resistance and to be applied to various molded products requiring the heat resistance and the mechanical strength. CONSTITUTION: A natural fiber-reinforced polylactic acid resin composition includes a first polylactic acid resin 50-95 weight% and a natural fiber 5-50 weight% which is surface-treated with a second polylactic acid resin. The first polylactic acid resin and the second polylactic acid resin are isomers. Spherulite crystals are formed on the surface of the natural fiber and the growth rate of the crystals is fast.

A thermoplastic resin composition is provided to ensure excellent dimensional stability, rigidity and weatherability, thereby being used for manufacture of structural materials for various interiors and exteriors. A thermoplastic resin composition with improved dimensional stability and rigidity comprises an acrylic graft copolymer resin 60~95 weight% and glass fiber 5~40 weight%. In the acrylic graft copolymer resin, a mixture 40~60 weight% containing an aromatic vinyl compound and a vinyl cyanide compound is graft-polymerized to acrylic rubber 40~60 weight%. The glass fiber is the chopped glass fiber having length of 3~6 mm and diameter of 8~20 micron. The glass fiber is surface-treated with an silane-based coupling agent.

A non-coating anti-fouling copolymer is provided to have no need for additional UV coating process, to prevent the degradation of mechanical property, and to ensure excellent water repellency, oil repellency and antifouling property. A non-coating anti-fouling copolymer with water resistance and oil resistance is formed by polymerizing a monomer mixture including perfluoroalkyl acrylate 30~60 parts by weight and (meth)acrylate 70~40 parts by weight. The perfluoroalkyl acrylate is a single compound represented by chemical formula 1: CH2=CX-COO-Y-(Rf)n-C(Z)3 or a mixture thereof. In chemical formula 1, X is hydrogen atom methyl group; Y is C2-10 aliphatic group or aromatic group; Rf is linear or branched fluoroalkyl group or alkenyl group; n is 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 or 14; and Z is hydrogen or fluorine group.

A transparent thermoplastic resin composition is provided to realize excellent heat resistance as well as hardness by using methacrylic acid having a lower refractive index and higher heat resistance as compared with methyl methacrylate. A transparent thermoplastic resin composition having excellent heat resistance comprises: (A) 10-50 parts by weight of an alkyl (meth)acrylate-aromatic vinyl-vinyl cyanide-butadiene graft copolymer resin; and 50-90 parts by weight of an aromatic vinyl-vinyl cyanide-methacrylic acid copolymer resin containing methacrylic acid in an amount of 1-65 wt%.

A methacrylic resin composition obtained via suspension polymerization is provided to realize excellent discoloring resistance, light transmission and flowability while maintaining mechanical properties. A methacrylic resin composition obtained via suspension polymerization using polyacrylate-acrylic acid as a suspension stabilizer. The suspension stabilizer is used in an amount of about 0.05-0.25 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of a monomer mixture. The monomer mixture comprises 50-100 wt% of an alkyl methacrylate and about 0-50 wt% of a monomer copolymerizable therewith.
