Abstract:
1-Aryl-1-[alpha-triazoly)alkyl -1-silacycloalkane of formula (I) is prepared by reacting 1-aryl-1-[alpha-(chloro)alkyl -1-silacycloalkane of formula (II) and trazol natrium salts in the solvent of dimethylform amide at 15-45 deg.C for 3-8 hrs. In the formulas, R1 is phenyl derivatives having substd. gp. at 4- or 2,4- position; R2 is H or methyl; n is 4 or 5. The obtd cpd. is useful for mycosis of plants.
Abstract:
Polycarboxylane of formula (I) is prepared by a thermal redistribution reaction polysilamethylenosilane of formula (II) under the pressure of 1-30 atm. at 350-600≦̸C. In (II), R2 = methyl or phenyl; R3 = methyl or bonds of Si and Si; x, y, z, n and m = constant; parts a, b, and c are dechlorinated dechlorinated 2,4,6-trisilaheptane, dimethylchlorosilane and trichlorosilane, respectively.

The tris silyl alkkanes of formula (III) and (IV) are prepared by the hydrogen-siliconation reaction of tris silyl alkanes of formula (I) and (II), and an organic compound of formula CH2=CH-R2 having carbon and carbon double bond or an cyclohexene having an unsaturated gp. within the ring in the presence of a catalyst i.e. chloroplatinic acid, silica/platinum, tributyl aminie, Pd, Rh or Ni. In the formules, X is Cl or OR1; R1 is C1-4 alkyl; 22 is phenyl, CH2Cl, CF3, CN, CH2CN, phenyl-CH2Cl or cyclohex-3-enyl. The tris silyl alkanes as a silicon bonding agent is used in the prodn. of plastic complex materials.

The tris silyl alkanes of formula (I), (II), (III) and (IV) are prepared by directly reacting a mixture of an organic compound of formula (V) having trichloromethyl gp., and a hydrogen chloride or its generating alkyl chloride of formula R'Cl with a silicon in the presence of copper catalyst at 200˜360 deg.C. The tris silyl alkanes of formula (I), (II), (III) and (IV) have each three dichlorosilyl gps., two dichlorosilyl gps. and one trichlorosilyl gp., one dichlorosilyl gp. and two trichlorosilyl gps., and three trichlorosilyl gps. In the formulas, R is H, methy; R1 is H, C1-4 alkyl or chloroethyl. The tris silyl alkanes is used as a starting material in the prodn. of a silicon compound having an organic functional gp.
