Abstract:
실리콘 방사선 센서를 이용한 컴프턴 에지 검출 기반의 방사선 검출방법에 관한 것으로, (a) 실리콘 웨이퍼 상하면에 각각 제1 및 제2 SiO 2 층을 형성하는 단계, (b) 상기 실리콘 웨이퍼 상면의 제1 SiO 2 층을 스핀 코팅하고, 실리콘 웨이퍼 하면의 제2 SiO 2 층을 제거해서 폴리 실리콘을 증착하는 단계, (c) 상기 실리콘 웨이퍼 상면에 패터닝 작업을 하고 보론을 도핑하는 단계 및 (d) 상기 실리콘 웨이퍼 상면의 패턴 부분에 캐소드 전극을 형성하고, 실리콘 웨이퍼의 하면에 애노드 전극을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 구성을 마련하여, 통상의 실리콘 센서 제조방식을 이용해서 1mm 이상의 두께를 가지도록 제조된 실리콘 방사선 센서와 같이, 포토 피크 비율이 낮은 저 순도의 센서를 이용하더라도 컴프턴 에지 검출 방식을 이용해서 고에너지 감마선원의 종류를 용이하게 판별할 수 있다는 효과가 얻어진다.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a print type radiation image sensor, a radiation imaging device having the same, and a method of manufacturing the same. The print type radiation image sensor includes: a circuit substrate; an insulating layer which is printed except for a part corresponding to the cells on the circuit substrate in order to form the cells; a signal lead electrode layer filled in each cell and individually leads signals to the circuit substrate; a radiation reaction material layer printed on the signal lead electrode and detects radiation; and a ground electrode layer printed to cover the radiation reaction material layer and grounded.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A glass tube and a glass cap for manufacturing crystalline and amorphous materials and a sealing method of the same are provided to improve the quality of crystalline and amorphous materials by reducing contamination. CONSTITUTION: A glass tube(10) and a glass cap are prepared. A groove part(12) or a stepped part is formed at one part of the glass tube. The glass cap is inserted into the end part of the glass tube. Heat is applied to the middle of the glass tube to form one or more groove parts into the glass tube. The stepped part is formed by adjacently arranging two glass tubes and applying heat to the attached parts of the glass tubes.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A single crystal growing ampulse and a single crystal growing apparatus including the same are provided to improve the quality of grown single crystal ingot by minimizing stress between the inner side of an ampule body and a single crystal sample. CONSTITUTION: An ampule body(2) has a non-parallel shape with regard to a single crystal growing direction. The diameter of the lateral sides(4) of the ampule body gradually increases from the lower side(3) in the single crystal growing direction.
