다객체 오디오 부호화에서의 오디오 객체 편집 장치가 개시된다. 다객체 오디오 부호화에서의 오디오 객체 편집 장치는 객체 비트스트림을 수신하고, 상기 객체 비트스트림에서 객체 정보를 추출하는 객체 정보 추출부; 다운믹스 신호를 수신하고, 객체 편집 정보와 상기 객체 정보를 사용하여 상기 다운믹스 신호를 조절하는 다운믹스 처리부; 및 상기 객체 편집 정보에 따라 상기 객체 정보를 편집하고, 편집된 객체 정보를 기초로 조절된 객체 비트스트림을 생성하는 비트스트림 처리부를 포함한다. 비트스트림, 객체, 다운믹스, TTN, 편집.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for encoding/decoding an integrated voice/music signal and a device thereof are provided to effectively select an internal module according to a feature of an input signal, thereby providing superior sound quality for both a voice signal and a music signal at various bit rates. CONSTITUTION: An input signal analyzing unit(110) analyzes a feature of an input signal. When the input signal is a music feature signal, a first conversion encoding unit(120) converts a domain of the input signal into a frequency domain. The first conversion encoding unit encodes the converted input signal. When the input signal is a voice feature signal, an LPC(Linear Predictive Coding) encoding unit(130) encodes the input signal based on LPC. A bit stream generating unit(140) generates a bit stream using output signals of the first conversion encoding unit and the LPC encoding unit.

PURPOSE: A base station searching method using paging procedure at mobile communication network and apparatus thereof are provided to search a base station by receiving base station information registered by a movement node through a paging procedure. CONSTITUTION: A paging agent(320) receives subscriber information including service information registered by random movement nodes in a home location register(330). The home location register executes a location registration procedure. The paging agent calculates searching times base on paging times according to the complete of location registration for the random movement node. The paging agent creates a paging request message including the subscriber information and searchable time information. The paging agent transmits the paging request message to the random movement node.

PURPOSE: An object-based audio file providing device, an object-based audio file reproducing device are provided to perform an object-based audio service even in a user terminal of a low specification. CONSTITUTION: An object based audio file includes a file header for an object-based audio service and a frame with a sound source which mixed each frame and total audio objects. An object-based audio file is received(S701). According to specification of an object-based audio file reproducing device, the object-based audio file is reproduced by controlling sound source which mixed the total audio objects(S702).

PURPOSE: An access system selection device in heterogeneous wireless communication system and a method thereof are provided to select an access system based on a plurality of attributes and to receives a service, thereby preventing a service quality conveniently. CONSTITUTION: An access system specifying module(205) connects to an access system by activation of a relevant module in an access system. A CPC(Cognitive Pilot Channel, Common Pilot Channel) specific module(210) receives information of each access system and frequency allocation information of each access system and a load level from a CPC server. If a QoS(Quality of Service) is under the predetermined threshold value, a control unit(220) selects an optimum access system.

PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for generating and playing an object based audio contents are provided to continuously play plural object-based audio contents according to the same audio preset. CONSTITUTION: A preset generating unit(110) generates an audio preset, and the audio preset includes the information on the plural audio objects which constitute audio contents. A preset ID setup unit(120) sets up the preset ID of the generated audio preset, and an encoding unit(140) encodes the plural audio objects, the audio preset and the preset ID. The encoding unit generates the object based audio contents.

PURPOSE: A multichannel audio decoding apparatus based on the sound source localization proviso and a method thereof are provided, which compress the multi-channel audio signal, and then, transmit the stereo signal through the core stereo codec under compression condition, thereby the multichannel audio electrical transmission is realized. CONSTITUTION: An audio decoding part(220) restores the downmix signal to the former state. An integrated up-mixing unit(240) predicts the multi channel signal by the downmix signal and additional information bit stream. The integration up-mixing part creates the up-mixing signal with the up-mixing of the MIX signal. An integrated filter bank windowing unit(250) extracts the temporal area signal by the performance of the integrated filter bank in the up-mixing signal. The integrated filter bank windowing part extracts the output signal by the windowing of the up-mixing signal.

PURPOSE: An encoding and decoding apparatus for a linear predictive coder residual signal of a modified discrete cosine transform based an unified speech and an audio coding are provided to perform encoding/decoding by expressing a residual signal as a complex signal. CONSTITUTION: A signal analyzing unit(110) selects a coding method of a signal filtered LPC. A first encoding unit(120) encodes a residual signal of LPC based on real filter bank according to the selection of the signal analyzing unit. A second encoding unit encodes a residual signal of LPC based on complex filter bank according to the selection of the signal analyzing unit. A third encoding unit encodes a residual signal of LPC based on ACELP(Algebraic Code Excited Linear Prediction) according to the selection of the signal analyzing unit.
