    Abstract: PURPOSE: An electrical vacuum pump is provided to reduce vibration and power loss by reducing torque variation during rotation through a phase difference structure of a magnet rotor assembly and a stator coil. CONSTITUTION: An electrical vacuum pump comprises a shaft, a vane rotor, a cylindrical body (70), a plurality of vane blades, a pair of PCB substrates (50), a stator coil, and a magnet rotor assembly. The vane rotor rotates around the shaft as a central rotation axis. The cylindrical body surrounds the vane rotor and is positioned eccentrically from the shaft. A vane blade is joined to the lateral side of the vane rotor. The vane blade is pushed in a lateral direction by the rotational power of the vane rotor to form a closed space along with the inner side of the body. The pair of PCB substrates is arranged at the upper and lower sides of the vane rotor to face each other. The stator coil is fixed to the pair of PCB substrates. The magnet rotor assembly is press-fitted to the shaft and rotates the vane rotor.

The bicycle wheel fixing bar and bicycle body fixing bar are respectively installed in a pair of extensible plates. The bicycle wheel fixing bar and bicycle body fixing bar respectively fix wheels and a main body of the bicycle.
