Abstract:
본 발명은 흡기 매니폴드의 출구에 차단밸브를 설치하고 흡기밸브와 연동하여 개폐되도록 함으로써 역화현상(back fire)을 방지할 수 있는 엘피지 엔진에서의 연료분사 시스템의 역화방지장치에 관한 것으로서, 흡기 매니폴드의 출구쪽에 구비된 중심축에서 회전하면서 개폐작용을 하도록 설치된 차단밸브와, 연소실의 흡기밸브와 연동하여 개폐될 수 있도록 캠축에 구비된 기어와 구동축에 구비된 기어 및 체인으로 이루어진 구동장치로 구성된다. 본 발명에 의하면, 흡기 매니폴드내의 역화현상을 방지할 수 있고, 궁극적으로 흡기계통의 부품을 알루미늄 재질로 할 필요없이 가솔린 엔진과 같은 플라스틱 재질로 할 수 있기 때문에 제조비용 감소 및 엔진의 경량화에 기여할 수 있는 효과를 갖는다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for controlling an oxygen sensor is provided to perform a feedback control when a characteristic shift down phenomenon of the oxygen sensor occurs by using a voltage filter. CONSTITUTION: It is determined whether or not amplitude of an inverted value is in a range about 0 to 1Volt(S110). If the amplitude of the inverted value is out of the range, it is determined whether or not amplitude of an inverted value is in a range about -500 to 500mVolt(S120). If the amplitude of the inverted value is out of the above range, a counting is started(S130). Then, it is determined whether or not the counting is over(S140). If the counting is over, an error of an oxygen sensor is determined(S150). If the amplitude of the inverted value is in a range of 0-1Volt, a filtering value is set to A-450mVolt.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A target wheel of crankshaft is provided, in which target wheel is made of a synthetic resin material, to thereby reduce weight of the engine and manufacturing cost and procedures. CONSTITUTION: A target wheel(20) has a disk-shaped main body(21) where teeth are formed at a constant interval along the outer periphery of the main body of the target wheel in such a manner that the teeth correspond to a crank angle sensor(40). The target wheel is mounted to an end of the crankshaft so as to measure rotation frequency of an engine and rotation angle of the crankshaft. The disk-shaped main body is made of a synthetic resin material, and has an outer periphery where metal pins(30) are insert molded at a constant interval. A missing tooth part(24) is formed in the section of 15 to 20 degrees at the outer periphery of the main body of the target wheel.

PURPOSE: A structure of a pulsating damper integrated with a fuel delivery pipe for a fuel device is provided to decrease the number of parts and to prevent the leakage of fuel by installing the pulsating damper at the fuel delivery pipe by curling pressing method. CONSTITUTION: A structure of a pulsating damper integrated with a fuel delivery pipe(200) is composed of a diaphragm(10) supported by an elastic spring(11), and a container-shaped damper cap(20) for covering the diaphragm(10) and the elastic spring(11). A curling is formed at the joint surface of the damper cap(20) and fuel delivery pipe(200).

PURPOSE: A fuel vaporization gas controlling system for a vehicle is provided to simplify the structure for cleaning a filter of a purge control solenoid valve by flowing the air of an intake unit to the purge control solenoid valve when the filter is clogged. CONSTITUTION: A fuel vaporization gas controlling system for a vehicle includes a purge control solenoid valve via which a canister connected to a fuel tank is connected to an intake unit of an engine a main body part for controlling fuel vaporization gas, wherein the purge control solenoid valve includes a main body part(20) formed with a through hole(26) in an axial line direction in the center and a main bypass hole(34) in an axial line direction at an outer peripheral part, and mounted with a filter(30) and a solenoid at an outer part of the through hole and a diaphragm(32) at an upper part of the through hole to be driven by the solenoid, an upper housing(22) disposed at an upper part of the main body part and having an upper direction converting valve for alternatively connecting the through hole to a vaporization gas inlet(36) or the through hole to the main bypass hole, and a lower housing(24) disposed at a lower part of the main body part and having a lower direction converting valve for alternatively connecting the through hole to an exhaust hole(52), the through hole to an intake air inlet(58), or the exhaust hole to the main bypass hole.

PURPOSE: An apparatus and method is provided to prevent accident caused by a sudden start of vehicle by automatically stopping the operation of engine when the current state of a vehicle has a likelihood of sudden start. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises an air suction open/shut-off unit disposed in the air suction system of an engine; and an operation control unit for collecting information related to the rotation speed of a driving wheel and a slave wheel and starting operation of vehicle, so that a shutter down control unit selectively operates the air suction open/shut-off unit. A method comprises the first step(S11) of judging whether an operation selection switch is "on"; the second step(S12,S13) of receiving information regarding rotational frequency of wheels from a wheel sensor, if it is judged in the first step that the switch is on; the third step(S14) of judging whether the difference between the rotational frequency(A) of the driving wheel and the rotational frequency(B) of the slave wheel is larger than the reference(X); the fourth step(S15) of judging whether the actual vehicle speed(Q) is larger than B, if it is judged in the third step that (A-B) is larger than the reference; and the fifth step(S16) of allowing the shutter down control unit to operate an actuator of the shutter down valve so as to shut off a valve plate, thereby shutting off the air being supplied to the air suction system, if it is judged in the fourth step that the actual vehicle speed is larger than B.
