A pinion is integrated with a middle portion of the rotation shaft. The pinion is mated with one side of a rack piston(200). The other side of the rack piston is supported on one corner of an assembly hole which is formed on the bumper cover. The rack piston is contained in a cylinder housing(300) which elastically guides the rack piston through a coil spring. The cylinder housing is supported on the other corner of the assembly hole, so that the pinion is contained in the middle of the cylinder housing. The rotation shaft is assembled to the cylinder housing in a horizontal direction.
