Abstract: PURPOSE: A stabilizer bar mounting unit of a suspension for a vehicle is provided to improve a layout of a stabilizer bar by mounting a link unit of the stabilizer bar on the inner space of a lower arm. CONSTITUTION: A stabilizer bar mounting unit of a suspension for a vehicle comprises a lower arm (11), a stabilizer bar (13), a mounting bush, and a mounting bracket (17). The lower arm is connected to one side of a sub frame (10) on both right and left sides of a vehicle and is arranged lengthwise in the front and rear directions of the vehicle. The stabilizer bar is arranged on the front of the sub frame and is formed lengthwise in right and left width directions of the vehicle. A link unit (14) passes through a penetration hole (12) of a lower arm so that the stabilizer bar is comprised in order to be inserted into the lower arm. The mounting bush is mounted on an inner wall of the lower arm in order to be fixed and is formed in order to enclose the link unit of the stabilizer bar. The mounting bracket is mounted on the inner wall of the lower arm by enclosing the mounting bush and supports the mounting bush.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A producing method for the housing of a power steering pump is provided to enhance thermal insulation effect with a high voltage diecast method using a heat resistant plastic core instead of a collapsible sand core. CONSTITUTION: To produce the housing of a power steering pump, a movable die(30) and a fixing die(40) are combined in a left and a right side and an upper metal core(50) and a lower metal core(70) are combined in an upper and a lower side. At the same time, a metal core is installed and molten aluminum is injected. The molten aluminum is molded with sand in high speed and voltage. After the sand molding, the metal core is separated and the upper metal core, the lower metal core and the movable die are sequentially released. Then, a cast product(90) in the movable die is separated from the movable die. The separated cast product is heated at 280 to 320deg.C for 10 minutes and a heat resistant plastic core(60) is fused to be removed from the cast product.
