    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of denting and swelling deformation of an inner case by a method wherein the title casing is so constituted that a face material having adiabatic properties is applied to the entire face of an aluminum sheet on the enclosed space side of the casing. CONSTITUTION:Soft urethane foam 3 having adiabatic properties and adhering to a foam adiabatic material 6 is applied to the entire face of an aluminum sheet 2 on the enclosed space 5 side of a casing with an adhesive. According to this arrangement, even in the case where the aluminum sheet 2 disposed in the enclosed space 5 is not sufficiently preheated, the aluminum sheet does not absorb the heat of reaction of the foam adiabatic material 6 filled in the enclosed space 5, a hard layer is not formed in the foam adiabatic material 6, and accordingly gaps that may arise between the hard layer and the aluminum sheet 2 can be prevented. As a result, the dents of an inner case, which may be caused by the occurrence of exfoliation of the aluminum sheet from the hard layer, and the swelling of the inner case, which may be caused by the expansion of a foaming agent stayed in the gaps due to an increase in a temperature in the interior of the casing after the stopping of a cooling operation, can be prevented.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To simultaneously enhance the adhesive strengths of a foamed heat insulating material with an outer box and an inner box made of a polypropylene resin by incorporating the inner box made of the polypropylene resin in the outer box and injecting a mist like primer in the hermetically closed space formed between both boxes to bond the same to the inner surfaces of both boxes and subsequently filling said space with the foamed heat insulating material. CONSTITUTION:Particles 5 of a primer (e.g., chlorinated polypropylene resin varnish, acrylic resin varnish) formed into a mist state are injected from one injection port 10 by an emitting nozzle 12 and allowed to flow out of the injection port 11 on the opposite side by a suction nozzle 14 to form the adhesive layer 2 composed of the primer to an inner box 1 made of a polypropylene resin and an outer box 3 forming a hermetically closed space 4. A foamed heat insulating material 6 is injected in the hermetically closed space 4 from the injection ports by an injector 13 and bonded to the inner box 1 made of the polypropylene resin and the outer box 3 through the adhesive layer 2 due to the primer.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of vibration as well as the occurrence of cracks during use in refrigerators by packing polyethylene foam impregnated with a lubricating grease into the discrete apertures in the peripheral tire of oblique form. CONSTITUTION:Oblique and parallel discrete fine apertures 13 are formed in the tread side of the peripheral tire 2 of a slide wheel 14 as it is formed and packed with polyethylene foam 12 impregnated with a lubricating grease. Even when the wheel 14 is cooled, the tire 2 is contracted, and the discrete apertures 13 are expanded, the frame does not fall into the aperture of the tire 2 due to its oblique and parallel form and can be smoothly put in or out. Also, even when the apertures are expanded, the polyethylene foam can expand and follow the aperture due to its elasticity, preventing the dropping of the frame.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of the heat insulating performance of a foamed heat insulating material as well as the corrosion of a cooling pipe by a method wherein a polyvinylidene chloride film, not permeating gas and moisture, is arranged on an inner casing consisting of ABS resin at a side in contacting with the heat insulating material. CONSTITUTION:A polyvinylidene chloride film 10, not permeating gas and moisture, is laminated on an inner casing 1 consisting of ABS resin at a side contacting with a foamed heat insulating material 6. A sealed space 5, formed of the inner casing 1 and an outer casing 4, is filled with the foamed heat insulating material 6 and cooling pipes 2 are fixed onto the polyvinylidene film 10 by aluminum foil tapes 3. According to this constitution, the dispersion of fluorocarbon gas in the foamed heat insulating material into atmosphere through the inner casing 1 may be prevented and the phenomenon of invasion of moisture in the atmosphere, which invades through the inner casing 1, may also be prevented whereby the deterioration of the heat insulating performance of the foamed heat insulating material may be prevented while the corrosion of the cooling pipes may also be prevented.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To make a complete adhesion between a foam thermal insulation material and an inner box to prevent a recess and an expansion of the inner box from being generated by a method wherein double surface adhesive tape contacting with the thermal insulating material of the inner box are applied. CONSTITUTION:Double adhesive tape 9 containing OH group reacting with isocianate included in a foam thermal insulating material 5 is adhered to a location where a void 6 amy easily be generated by the foam thermal insulating material 5 of an inner box 3. The foam thermal insulating material 5 is fed into a closed space 4 and filled in it. With this arrangement, after feeding the foam thermal insulating material, even if some voids are present in the foam thermal insulating material, the foam thermal insulating material is forcedly adhered to the inner box and the adhesive agent of the double adhesive tape is hardened, so that a rigidity of the inner box is improved and so it is possible to prevent a recess and expansion of the inner box form being generated.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of void of a heat insulating door due to dry spots generated on a contacting surface between an outer plate and urethane foaming insulating material by coating surface-active agent previously on the outer plate constituting the heat insulating door at the side on which the foaming insulating material is coated. CONSTITUTION:The quick-drying alcohol surface-active agent 9 is coated on an outer plate 1. After drying the surface-active agent 9, urethane foaming insulating material 4 is poured into a sealed space 3, a mixing head 5 is lifted and an inner plate 2 is closed to fill the foaming insulating material 4. According to this method, the urethane foaming insulating material 4 is not affected by silicon adding agent contained in the coating film of the outer plate 1, wetting property is improved by the effect of the surface-active agent 9, the repelling phenomenon of the urethane foaming insulating material is eliminated, void due to dry spots is not generated and the problem of depression or inflation of the outer plate due to the change of an atmospheric temperature may be eliminated.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To prevent a retention of a foaming agent by supplying a hot air to a piping to heat it before filling it with foam heat insulator. CONSTITUTION: A warm air supply unit 8 has a heater 9 and a blower 10 therein, which are coupled to pipings 5, 6 via pipes 11, 12, respectively. Thus, since an outer case 2, an inner case 3 and pipings 5, 6 are heated before filling with foam heat insulator, a temperature difference is eliminated at the time of filling the insulator, and the foaming insulator is effectively adhered together with the pipings to eliminate a gap. Accordingly, a deformation of the case is obviated, and a problem of a protrusion and recess part is overcome.
