Abstract: PURPOSE: To easily remove a part from an inner box or an outer box for material recycling by a method wherein foaming heat-insulating material is injected between the inner box and the outer box to form a solid heat-insulated box and an adhesive blended with micro-balloons containing foaming agent is used to attach the part on the surface of the inner box or the outer box. CONSTITUTION: A foaming heat-insulating material 3 is injected between an inner box 1 and an outer box 2 to form a solid heat-insulated box. An adhesive 9 of acrylic resin, etc., is blended with micro-balloons 10 that contain fluorocarbon or hydrocarbon blowing agent and are made of a material such as vinylidene chloride resin excellent in gas barrier property and is used to attach a part 5 on the surface of the inner box 1 or the outer box 2. Thereby, when the heat-insulated box undergoes heat treatment for disposal the foaming agent 11 contained in the micro-balloons 10 reacts and the adhesivity of the adhesive 9 declines, so that the part 5 can be easily removed from the inner box 1 or the outer box 2, allowing material recycling.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide the heat insulating door, having a specific urethane heat insulating material integrally foamed in a heat insulating space, firmly bonding to a cap door without causing the discoloration by heat in injection molding and causing crazes, etc., and useful as a refrigerator, etc. CONSTITUTION:This heat insulating door is composed of (A) a cap door made of a resin and (C) a urethane heat insulating material integrally formed in a heat insulating space formed with (B) a door made of a metal and the component (C) is composed of a polyol, a foam stabilizer, a catalyst, HCFC123 or 141b and a mixture thereof as a foaming agent and an organic isocyanate containing polymeric MDI or its prepolymer and TDI-80, crude TDI and a prepolymerized substance thereof as the remainder as an isocyanate component. The component (A) is a composition prepared by mixing a graft copolymer of (i) 30-50wt.% vinyl cyanide compound and (ii) 50-70wt.% aromatic vinyl compound with a copolymer of the components (i) and (ii) and a polyn-butyl acrylate coated with the copolymer of the components (i) and (ii) in the presence of a conjugated diene-based rubber.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent permeation of foaming agent into resin by absorbing HCFC123 and HCFC141b of the agent by copolymer of n-butyl acrylate and n-propyl acrylate. CONSTITUTION:A urethane heat insulator is made of HCFC123 or HCFC141b and its mixture, and organic polymer isocyanate containing 40-90wt.% of polymeric MDI or its prepolymer compound. A front of a resinous door is formed of mixture of graft copolymer obtained by polymerizing 35-52wt.% of vinyl cyanide compound and 48-65wt.% of aromatic vinyl compound in the presence of conjugated diene synthetic rubber, copolymer of 35-52wt.% of vinyl cyanide compound and 48-65wt.% of aromatic vinyl compound, and 30-70wt.% of resin composition mixed with copolymer of n-butyl acrylate and n-propyl acrylate resin coated with copolymer of 35-52wt.% of vinyl cyanide compound and 48-65wt.% of aromatic vinyl compound.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent generation of cracking by forming an resin inner box of a resin composite which is obtained by mixing a graft copolymer of a conjugate diene, an aromatic vinyl and a vinyl cyanide, a copolymer of an aromatic vinyl and a vinyl cyanide, and a poly n-butyl acrylate coated with the above copolymers. CONSTITUTION:A resin composite which forms an inner box contains a graft copolymer which is obtained by polymerizing a vinyl cyanide compound of 35 to 52wt.%, a vinyl aromatic compound of 48 to 65wt.% and a monomer mixture under existence of a conjugate diene synthetic rubber, and a copolymer of a vinyl cyanide compound of the above percent by weight and a vinyl aromatic compound of the above percent by weight. The resin composite is formed by mixing the above copolymers and a poly n-butyl acrylate coated with a copolymer of the above vinyl cyanide compound and vinyl aromatic compound. Thus it is possible to provide a heat insulating box free of crazing and cracking in spite of a strong chemical attacking quality of urethane heat insulating materials HCFC123 and HCFC141b.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of noise from an evaporator by arranging a spiral flow path part to the outlet piping of the evaporator. SOLUTION: The cooler of a refrigerator comprises a compressor 1, a condenser, a decompressor, an evaporator 4 and a piping 6 connecting between them and in this case, a spiral flow path part 7 is arranged to the outlet piping of the evaporator 4. With this, when the outer air temperature is low in winter and taking in and out of foods are not frequent, the surplus liquid coolant not evaporated by the evaporator 4 flows into the outlet piping arranged with the spiral flow path 7 and is agitated by flowing spirally inside the outlet piping. The evaporation is accelerated by improved heat conductivity at the spiral flowing path part 7 and the noise generated by the bumping of the liquid coolant is prevented. An auxiliary evaporator for evaporating the remaining liquid coolant without being evaporated is connected to the evaporator 4 and the whole body of the auxiliary evaporator can 6e wrapped with thermal insulator.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device to prevent a dryer from easily falling by using a coiled wire having the shape memory having the transformation temperature close to the surface temperature of the dryer when a refrigerator is actually operated. SOLUTION: A dryer fixing device 12 formed of a coiled wire having the shape memory stores the shape of a dryer 6 to be smaller than its outer dimensions, and forms the dryer 6 to be larger than its outer dimensions, the dryer 6 is inserted, and a refrigerator is operated. The refrigerant at high temperature is passed through the dryer 6, and the surface temperature of the dryer 6 rises. By using the coiled wire having the transformation temperature close to the surface temperature of the dryer 6 when the refrigerator is actually operated and having the shape memory, the coiled wire returns to the original shape during the actual use, and the holding force of the dryer 6 is improved. Titanium alloy, copper alloy, etc., is applied as the material of the coiled wire having the shape memory.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a door surface of good quality by forming an urethane heat insulating material from a particular composition and forming the door surface from a graft copolymer of a particular composition, a copolymer of a vinyl compound cyanide of a particular composition and an aromatic vinyl compound, and a mixture of a resin compound of a particular composition and polymethyl metacrylate. CONSTITUTION:A urethane heat insulating material is formed by polyol, a foam stabilizer, a catalyst, a foaming agent such as HCFC 132 and the like, and an isocyanate component such as an organic isocyanate of polymeric MDI. A door surface of a resin is formed by a graft copolymer which is obtained by polymerizing a mixture of a vinyl compound cyanide of 35-52 percent by weight and an aromatic vinyl compound of 48-65 percent by weight in the presence of conjugate diene based synthetic rubber, a copolymer of a vinyl compound cyanide of 35-52 percent by weight and an aromatic vinyl compound of 48-65 percent by weight, and a resin composite of 30-70 percent by weight coated with the copolymer and mixed with poly n-butylacrylate resin and polymethyl methacrylate of 70-30 percent by weight.
