Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a heat insulation door which is stuck to a heat insulator by using HCFC, not discolored by heat and in which no crack occurs for the HCFC by using a specific copolymer mixture for a cap door. CONSTITUTION:A cap door is formed of resin composition containing predetermined graft copolymer (CP), n-propylacrylate, n-butylacrylate and sec- butylacrylate coated with CP containing 30-50wt.% of vinyl cyanide and 50-70wt.% of aromatic vinyl. The predetermined graft CP is obtained by polymerizing monomer mixture of 30-50wt.% of vinyl cyanide and 50-70wt.% of aromatic vinyl in the presence of conjugated diene synthetic resin. Urethane heat insulator uses HCFC 123 (1.1-dichloro 2.2.2-fluoroethane) or HCFC 141b (1.1-dichloro-1- fluoroethane) is as foaming agent.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent degradation of a heat transfer rate of a foamed heat insulating material and dew condensation on surfaces of a refrigerator by providing a constitution which comprises an outer shell of a synthetic resin, an inner shell, a foamed heat insulating material filled in a space surrounded by the outer shell and the inner shell and an aluminum foil applied to a rear surface of the outer shell. CONSTITUTION:A heat insulating door comprises an outer shell 1 of a synthetic resin, an inner shell 2 of a synthetic resin combined with the outer shell 1, a foamed heat insulating material 3 filled in a space defined by the outer shell 1, the inner shell 2 and a frame member and closely attached to the outer shell 1 and the inner shell 2, and an aluminum foil 4 applied to a rear surface of the outer shell 1. With this arrangement, moisture outside of a chamber of a refrigerator will not pass through the outer shell 1 to accumulate in the foamed heat insulating material 3 in the form of water, so that a heat transfer rate of the foamed heat insulating material 3 is not degraded thus enabling prevention of dew condensation on a surface of a door of a refrigerator. Also, it is not necessary to enlarge a wall thickness of the door with the result that it is possible to reduce the material cost of the foamed heat insulating material 3 in manufacture of doors and enhance a volume efficiency of a chamber of a refrigerator.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To charge a foamable heat insulator in a uniform density over an entire heat insulation box by charging the insulator in a space between an inner box and an outer box, and mounting a vacuum heat insulation panel at a position which avoids a passage of stock solution of the state before the insulator is foamed at the side of the outer box in the space. CONSTITUTION:A heat insulation box 1 for a refrigerator, etc., has an inner box 2 made of plastic, and an outer box 3 made of iron. A foamable heat insulator 4 such as hard polyurethane foam, etc., is charged in a space between the boxes 2 and 3 through an inlet 6, and a vacuum heat insulation panel 5 is provided on an inner surface of the box 3 in the space. In this case, the panel 5 is mounted at a position which avoids a passage 11 of stock solution 7 of the state before the insulator 4 to be poured from the inlet 6 is foamed. Thus, a flow of the solution 7 is not interrupted by the panel 5, and the insulator 4 can be also charged sufficiently in uniform density above the panel 5.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain an insulated box of high durability by moving an engaging member to the forward end of a protruding cavity when foaming insulation material is injected so that the member is brought into engagement with the forward end to prevent said end from being deformed. CONSTITUTION:An engaging member 14 of styrene foam etc., which is formed into a shape for engagement with a forward end 7a of a protruding cavity 7 is temporarily fixed to the lower region 15 of the cavity 7 in the center of an inner box 2 by means of a tape, etc., An outer box 3 is joined to the box 2. When foaming insulation material 6 is injected into a cavity 4 defined by the boxes 2, 3, the member 14 is pushed up and engaged with the end 7a. As a result, the member 14 is positioned at the end 7a, where dead air containing foaming agent each as fluorocarbon gas is usually generated by conventional method, so that the end 7a is filled with the insulation material, with the result that dead air is not generated without providing a vent hole and deformation of the end 7a can be avoided even when an insulated box 15 is cooled by cooling operation.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To prevent an inner box from bulging at a thin wall part thereof by a method wherein a heat insulated box is comprised of an inner box, an outer box and foam heat insulating material filled between both boxes and adsorptive substances are arranged within the inner box. CONSTITUTION: Blocks 14 of active carbon are arranged at thin wall portions 13 such as corners 12 of an inner box 11 of a heat insulating box 1, the inner box 11 is assembled into an outer box 3 and then foam heat insulating material 6 is filled in a hermetically sealed space 4. Blocks 14 of the active carbon 14 having an adsorptive action are arranged in advance at the inner box 2 of the heat insulating box 1 to prevent the thin wall portion of the inner box 2 from being deformed because fluorocarbon gas 5 is adsorbed by the active carbon 14 even if a cooling operation is stopped, if a temperature within the heat insulating box is increased by a temperature of the surrounding atmosphere, if the fluorocarbon gas 5 in the foam heat insulating material is expanded, and if the fluorocarbon gas 5 enters a clearance 7 between the inner box 2 and the foam heat insulating material 6.
