Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a water film forming device for a resin film manufacturing apparatus which can be uniformly heated with a small size and wet air can be easily controlled to a suitable temperature. CONSTITUTION:The wafer film forming device forms a water film on a surface of a casting drum 4 to be used for a resin film manufacturing apparatus for manufacturing a resin film by supplying sheetlike melted resin onto the drum 4. The device comprises a body 24, a pipe 26 and a sheathed heater 23. The body 24 can be disposed near the surface of the drum and has a chamber 24 to be opened at a surface side of the drum. The pipe 26 injects wet air to the chamber 25 of the body 24. The heater 23 is buried in the body 24 to heat the pipe 26 and the wet air in the chamber 25 of the body 24.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To automatically adjust the width-wise thickness of a sheet-shaped matter by providing a heating body adapted to change the temperature of a polymer passing through a slit section and pushing body for changing the clearance width of the slit section to make both mechanisms operate selectively in accordance with a pattern varied in the thickness. CONSTITUTION:A discharge section 331 is heated up to the temperature correspoinding to the quantity of electricity fed to a heater 35 through a supply power line 354. The viscocity of a melt body passing through a slit section 32 is varied to change the amount of discharge. On the other hand, on the side of the discharge section 341, a heater bolt 36 rises in the temperature according to quantity of electricity fed through a power supply line 362 and presses the discharge section 341 with a thermal expension to change the clearance of the slit section 32. When a thickness gauge 5 detects a large undulation in the thickness pattern of a sheet-shaped matter and the level of the thickness spot is also large and hence, judgment is made by the level of the spot. When the spot is above a fixed level, a slit clearance adjusting mechanism depending on the difference in the thermal expansion is operated with a controller 7. When it is below the fixed level, a temperature adjusting mechanism is operated.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a most effective film manufacturing apparatus utilizing a static electricity applying method and enabling high speed production without damaging the quality of a film. SOLUTION: In the film manufacturing apparatus having a static electricity applying means for applying static electricity to the film molded from a resin above a part for bringing the film into contact with a feed roll at first, the static electricity applying means has the main electrode connected to a power supply and an auxiliary electrode provided on the side opposite to the feed roll with respect to the main electrode and an adjusting means for adjusting the gap between the main electrode and the auxiliary electrode is provided. By adjusting the gap between the main electrode and the auxiliary electrode by the adjusting means, corona discharge is generated between the main electrode and the film and corona discharge is uniformly generated between the main electrode and the auxiliary electrode to manufacture the film at a high speed.

SOLUTION: In an apparatus for producing a resin film, distance detectors 4-8 are installed in a mouthpiece device 1 or a film adhesion device 2, and on the basis of distance information from the detectors 4-8, the distance between the device 1 or the device 2 and a cast surface is made always to be grasped. The distance between the device 1 or the device 2 and the cast surface can be kept/controlled at a desired value so that the resin film can be produced stably. Moreover, when the device 1 or the device 2 approaches the cast surface abnormally, by the automatic sheltering of the device 1 or the device 2, the cast surface can be prevented from being hurt in advance to achieve the improvement in the productivity of the film.

In this case, the negative pressure is regulated by the suction means 8 corresponding to the running speed of the endless belt.
