PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an antibacterial panel using photocatalyst is provided to use an antibacterial panel to a sensitive place, such as the wall of a food plant, a semiconductor plant, or a hospital. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an antibacterial panel using photocatalyst is as follows. The surface of a panel is coated with antibacterial paint and is dried. The antibacterial paint is coated with photocatalyst and is dried. The antibacterial paint is composed of designated thinner 10~20 weight%, silver zeolite 0.5~1 weight%, and nano-silver 0.2~0.5 weight% on the basis of acrylic resin solids 100 weight%.

PURPOSE: An improved low-emissivity window film and a method for manufacturing the film is provided to have emissivity about 0.27~0.33, and have visible light transmittance about at least 17%. CONSTITUTION: An improved low-emissivity window film includes a polymer substrate(12), a metal-adhesion promoting layer, a reflective metal layer(14), a polycarbonate coating. The polymer substrate has a first surface and a second surface of opposite side. The metal-adhesion promoting layer is arranged on a first surface. The reflective metal layer is arranged on metal-adhesion promoting layer. The polycarbonate coating is arranged on a metal layer and is comprised transparently. The film for a window has emissivity about 0.27~0.33, and have visible light transmittance about at least 17%.

A coating method of a partition board material and the board thereof are provided to offer healthful effect for a user by emitting far infrared rays and negative ions of the large amount from jade and lacquer constituents included in a natural paint layer. A partition board material comprises the followings: a normal veneer board(10); a surface process coating layer(20) in which components of nature paint is penetrated and formed on the surface of the veneer board; a natural paint layer(30) consisting of component of the nature patent consisting of lacquer constituents in which toxicity is removed, and formed on the top of the natural paint layer; and a finishing layer(40) including jade powder of 600 ~ 1000 mesh and the lacquer constituents.
