Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition capable of producing a single-crystal body improved in high temperature durability and heat treatment stability by providing a chemical composition in which respective amounts of Cr, Al, Ti satisfying specific relationship with respect to the sum of Al and Ti and the ratio between them, Ta, W, Mo, Nb, Hf, and Re are specified and C, B, Zr, and V are not added and Co for stabilization and Ni as a balance component are incorporated. SOLUTION: In this composition, 5-12% Cr, 2-8% Al, =4% and the ratio between Al and Ti becomes at least 1:1, 5% and also Co for stabilization and Ni as a balance component are contained. Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the replacement of sensor parts by providing a long conduit passing through the inside of an injector, and providing the conduit with an opening part for enabling the work from outside, and providing the opening part with at least one sensor for sensing the condition of the predetermined position of the inside of injector. SOLUTION: In a premixing type fuel injector 10 for gas turbine engine during the operation, the primary air is flowed into a mixing chamber 34a in the tangent direction through intake slots 32a, 32b, and the primary fuel joins the primary air through a primary fuel injection hole 40. The air-fuel mixture enters a combustion chamber 62, and ignited for combustion. At the same time, the secondary fuel and the secondary air are flowed into the combustion chamber 62 through a secondary fuel-air injection insert 52. The injector 10 is provided with a conduit 70 continuously extended in the nearly longitudinal direction so as to monitor the temperature of the predetermined position 68 near the rear end of the mixing chamber 34a, and a sensor probe is inserted for set from an opening part 74 of the conduit 70 for insertion.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the movement of a shield to be used when coating a tip of a blade. SOLUTION: A stopper member 42 is extended between a flow leading assembly and a shield for this flow leading assembly. This stopper member 42 includes a pair of L-shaped projecting parts 112, 116, and these projecting parts 112, 116 are engaged with a corresponding pair of cooling air holes of the flow leading assembly. The stopper member 42 also includes a pair of tabs 114, 118 so that the stopper member 42 can be engaged with an opening part of the shield. The stopper member 42 also has an intermediate area 122 extended in the blade cross section. With this structure of the stopper member 42, movement of the shield in relation to the flow leading assembly in the set condition is prevented.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reuse a shield to be used in the case of coating a tip of a blade. SOLUTION: A shield 40 for masking an aerofoil 24 includes two chord directional surfaces 52, 62 connected to each other at a front end 48, and each surface is extended from the front end 48 to rear ends 54, 64, and connected to each other at rear ends 54, 64 by a pair of tabs 56, 58. These tabs 56, 58 are extended while passing through from an opening of one surface to an opening of the other surface, and folded so as to tightly get into contact with the other surface. The tabs 56, 58 are pushed so as to tightly get into contact with the other surface in the set condition, and the other surface is thereby pushed to the aerofoil 24.

The control device 34 generates an instruction signal indicative of an operation from the fuel actuator 130. The actuator receives a gas fuel from a liquid fuel supply apparatus and supplies a liquid fuel in a regulated flow ratio in response to the instruction signal. The premixer 44 receives a fuel from the fuel actuator 130, and mixes the fuel and air and supplies the mixture to the combustor 48.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat treated superalloy object formed by a spray forming method and a process for producing this superalloy object. SOLUTION: A heat treated object, which exhibits the crack growth rate and stress rupture resistance comparable with those of a forged object and is formed by the spray forming method, is provided. This object is obtd. by first depositing the molten liquid drops of material, such as IN(inconel) 18 on a base body to form a rough object. This rough object is subjected to an HIP (hot hydrostatic pressing) and is then subjected to the heat treatments including a soln. heat treatment 32, stabilization treatment and deposition heat treatment 36. The resulted object has the average particle sizes comparable with those of the forging and the material subjected to the conventional heat treatment and is comparable with the casting object even in terms of yield and tensile strength. The object has an isotropic fine structure and is usable in place of the forging object.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent abrasion between laminated base plates by applying abrasion resistance coating made of a specified aluminum-bronze alloy, which is the same material as one used in the laminated titanium alloy base plates, between the laminated plates. SOLUTION: In a gas turbine engine, each rotor stage 10 has a plurality of moving blades 12 each of which is provided with a vane 22 and a blade root 24, and a rotor disc 14. The blade root 24 of each blade 12 is accommodated in one of blade installation slots 20 arranged in the disc 14. In order to minimize abrasion, a lubricating abrasion prevention coating 26 is formed either on the blade root 24 or one of the blade installation slots 20, such that, when the blade root is accommodated in the blade installation slot 20, the abrasion resistance coating 26 is disposed between the blade root 24 and the blade installation slot 20. The abrasion resistance coating 20 consists of aluminum bronze alloy powder composed of Al 9.0 to 11.0%, Fe 0.0 to 1.50%, and Cu for the rest.

SOLUTION: A liner 76 for the guide assembly track opening 56 for a gas turbine engine is provided with a pair of parallel curved rail walls 102, 104 and a plate 15 extended between these rail walls. This plate 15 is provided with a pair of flanges 158, 166 extended from the walls, and is engageable with the engine stator structure by means of these flanges. By forming the liner 76 by a material harder than the housing 42, the durability of the ring assembly for combining the liner 76 with the liner 76 can be improved.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent heat deterioration by using a coating material on a compressor part of a turbine part. SOLUTION: Seawater is made to remain as hemispherical droplets rather than forming a water film as it spreads on a blade in the case when seawater remains by restraining wetting by sea water on the blade by increasing a contact angle at more than about 50 deg. by covering a thin coating material capable of extremely preventing wetting by seawater and having an adhesive property on a metal member of a compressor part including the blade and a vane. Consequently, it is possible to reduce seawater remaining on a blade surface and to reduce formation and accumulation of salt on a constitutional member of the compressor part. Accordingly, crystal salt never concentrates on the blade of the turbine part and the droplets pass through the inside of a gas turbine engine as they are droplets.

This tooling assembly 10 can be used in common for pretreatment and coating treatment of a surface. Therefore, the rotor blade 42 can be fixed speedily and economically. This fixture 32 can rotate so that even and high quality coating is possible.
