The present invention relates to an electronic component classifying apparatus. The electronic component classifying apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention reduces the collision frequency of the electronic component passing through a tube to the inner wall of the tube and decreases the collision quantity of the electronic component when the electronic component collides against the inner wall of the tube. The electronic component classifying apparatus according to the present invention includes the tube, a distribution member, a plurality of receiving containers, a distribution member moving unit, and a negative pressure forming unit.

PURPOSE: A board feeding system is provided to prevent interference when a plurality of substrates is simultaneously transported by transporting the substrates to a movement path of different heights. CONSTITUTION: Left and right moving members(310) are combined to travel back and forth along both length directions of a body portion(100). Up and down movement members(320) comprise a motor(321), an up down cylinder(323), and a motor bracket(325). The motor provides driving force for transporting a transfer arm part(200) to the top and bottom. The up and down movement members move from side to side with the left and right moving members. The transfer arm part vertically moves to the top and bottom by the up and down movement members.

PURPOSE: A laser processing machine is provided to self-break a substrate and to correct the divergence angle of laser beams. CONSTITUTION: A laser processing machine comprises laser sources(10) and an optical unit(20). The optical unit guides laser beams generated from the laser sources to the inside of objects. The optical unit comprises a beam shaping module(210), a diffraction grating(220), and a focusing lens(230). The beam shaping module corrects the divergence angle of the laser beams. The diffraction grating diffracts the laser beams. The focusing lens comprises a spot by focusing the laser beams on the inside of the objects.

PURPOSE: A laser beam attenuator in a laser lift-off apparatus and a laser beam irradiation apparatus having the same are provided to prevent an optical device from being damaged by preventing the unnecessary exposure of laser beams. CONSTITUTION: A laser beam attenuator(100) includes a transparent flat panel(110), a rotating unit(130), a controller, and a housing(150). The transparent flat panel is arranged on a route of laser beams to control the transmission amount of laser beams. The transparent flat panel is arranged on the route of the laser beams emitted from a laser generating unit. The transparent flat panel changes the transmission amount depending on a material. The controller controls an angle of the rotating unit according to preset attenuation. The housing accepts the transparent flat panel and the rotating unit.

CONSTITUTION: A housing(110) includes a support member(114) which supports a maintenance member. A discharge pin is installed in one side of the housing and discharges the maintenance member from the support member. The support member is formed in the housing to vertically stack the maintenance member in the housing. An input unit inputs the maintenance member.

PURPOSE: An LED chip sorting device is provided to prevent an LED chip from being damaged. CONSTITUTION: An unloading unit(5) includes a sorting unit and a buffer(6). The sorting unit uses a second receiving member which supports a plurality of LED chips which are tested. The second receiving unit includes a second housing and a second receiving member to which the tested LED chips are attached. A second housing has a rectangular shape and is supported by the second housing.
