박막벌크음향공진기를이용한발룬이개시된다. 본발명의실시예들은박막벌크음향공진기를이용하여발룬을구현함으로써작은크기의발룬을제작할수 있다. 또한, 본발명의실시예들은박막벌크음향공진기를이용하여발룬을구현함으로써 2 개의출력차이를줄이고출력신호의질(quality)을높일수 있다.

Disclosed are a resonator and a method for decreasing spurious resonance. The resonator includes a first electrode which is formed in the upper part of a substrate; a piezoelectric layer which is formed in the upper part of the first electrode and changes electric energy inputted from the first electrode into elastic wave; a second electrode which is formed in the upper part of the piezoelectric layer and a control layer which includes a frame which is atypically formed in the upper part of the second electrode and controls the elastic wave.

The present invention relates to a filter for filtering radio frequency and a manufacturing method thereof. According to an aspect of the present invention, a radio frequency filter includes bulk acoustic resonators. The bulk acoustic resonators include at least one of first bulk acoustic resonators connected in series and second bulk acoustic resonators connected in parallel.

Disclosed are a bulk acoustic wave filter and a method thereof. The bulk acoustic wave filter includes at least one serial resonator having a first resonance frequency and a first antiresonance frequency; at least one parallel resonator having a second resonance frequency and a second antiresonance frequency. A gap between the first resonance frequency and the first antiresonance frequency may be different from a gap between the second resonance frequency and the second antiresonance frequency.
