Abstract:
PURPOSE: A Panax species plant extract having the increased content of ginsenoside Rg5 and Rk1 by microwave irradiation, a manufacturing method thereof, and a composition containing the processed Panax species plant extract are provided to enhance an effect of Rg5 and Rk1 compared to an extract by simple thermal-processing. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a Panax species plant extract comprises: a step of irradiating Panax species plants or an extract thereof with microwaves. The Panax species plant or the extract contains more than 90% of Rg3, Rk1, and Rg5 to the weight of ginsenoside Rb1, Rc, Rb2, Rd, Rg3, Rk1 and Rg5. The microwave irradiation is performed at 150-190 deg. C for 30-90 minutes while pressurizing. The microwave irradiation is performed under 2-100 atmospheric pressure. PURPOSE: A method for directly analyzing a biocompound in blood from a blood sample stained on paper is provided to directly analyze the biocompound and to enable quick and reproducible analysis. CONSTITUTION: A method for directly analyzing a biocompound from a blood sample on a sheet of paper comprises: a step of staining the blood sample on the paper; a step of applying alpha-cyano-4-hydroxy cinnamic acid onto the paper and crystallizing in a thin film form; and a step of detecting the biocompound in the blood using laser desorption/ionization-mass spectrometry. The biocompound contains choline or heme B. The crystallization is performed by spraying alpha-cyano-4-hydroxy cinnamic acid onto the blood sample. The thickness of the paper is 150-500 um.

본 발명은 생체 시료 내 활성 남성호르몬의 신속하고 정확한 정량 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 동위원소가 치환된 내부표준물질을 첨가하여 소변, 혈액 등과 같은 생체 시료로부터 테스토스테론을 포함한 활성 남성호르몬들을 효과적으로 추출 및 정량 분석할 수 있으므로, 생체 시료 내 남성호르몬의 농도 및 이의 분포 경향을 파악할 수 있다. 따라서 본 발명은 남성호르몬의 농도 분포를 통해 탈모 환자와 탈모 관련 치료제의 평가를 위한 자료를 제공하는데 적용될 수 있다.

본 발명은 머리카락 내 24S-히드록시콜레스테롤의 검출방법과 생체 대사산물의 배열에 의한 치매 대사표시자의 평가방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 소량의 머리카락을 염기성 조건에서 가수분해한 후, 고체상 추출법으로 24S-히드록시콜레스테롤을 포함한 생체 대사산물들을 정제 및 추출하고, 트리메틸실릴(trimethylsilyl, TMS) 유도체 과정을 거쳐 기체 크로마토그래피-질량분석기로 분석하여 24S-히드록시콜레스테롤의 농도를 측정하여 24S-히드록시콜레스테롤을 검출하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 또한, 머리카락 내에 존재하는 대사산물의 분포경향을 비교하기 위하여 대사산물의 배열에 의한 치매 대사표지자의 평가방법도 포함한다. 따라서, 본 발명은 소량의 머리카락으로부터 24S-히드록시콜레스테롤의 농도와 생체 대사산물들의 분포양상을 비교하여 치매 유무를 평가할 수 있는 기술을 제공할 수 있다. 머리카락, 24S-히드록시콜레스테롤, 검출방법, 대사표지자, 치매

PURPOSE: A marker containing 3-indole acetonitrile for diagnosing papillary thyroid cancer is provided to early diagnose and predict papillary thyroid cancer. CONSTITUTION: A marker for diagnosing papillary thyroid cancer contains 3-indole acetonitrile as an active ingredient. The papillary thyroid cancer is diagnosed by detecting concentration difference of 3-indole acetonitrile in a biological sample. The organ sample is blood, serum, pituitary fluid, saliva, urine or feces. The difference of 3-indole acetonitrile concentration is detected by liquid chromatography/mass spectrometer, gas chromatography/mass spectrometer, or tendem mass spectrometer.

PURPOSE: A marker for measuring drug efficiency and liver toxicity of statin and a measuring method are provided to conveniently measure from urine sample which is easy to collect. CONSTITUTION: A marker for measuring drug effieciency of statin contains isoleucine, glutamine, gluamic acid or alginine. The marker is amino acid in urine. In case that the concentration of isoleucine, glutamine, glutamic acid, or alginine is under 70%, the statin is determined to have drug efficiency. In case that the concentration of gluamic acid is under 40% among a group with hyperlipidemia, the statin is determined to have drug efficiency.

Ohwi, Rhynchosia Nulubilis, Pleuropterus multflorus, and Ponciri Fructus is provided to suppress 5alpha-reductase and to promote hair growth. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing hair loss and promoting hair growth contains extract of Pueraria lobata (Willd.) Ohwi, Rhynchosia Nulubilis, Pleuropterus multflorus, and Ponciri Fructus in a content of 1-10:1-10:1-10:1-10. The composition is used in the form of powder, liquid phase, or pill. The composition is hot water extract. The composition is obtained by adding 20-120g of Pueraria lobata (Willd.) Ohwi, Rhynchosia Nulubilis, Pleuropterus multflorus, and Ponciri Fructus per 1L of water, and extracting. The dose of active ingredient is 0.001mg/kg/day-2000mg/kg/day.

A cured beta-cyclodextrin polymer powder, its preparation method, and a filler for a solid phase extraction containing the cured beta-cyclodextrin polymer powder are provided to extract a steroid hormone present in a living body sample simply and effectively by using the cured beta-cyclodextrin polymer powder. A cured beta-cyclodextrin polymer powder comprises a beta-cyclodextrin polymer prepared by the reaction of a beta-cyclodextrin monomer and epichlorohydrin; and a metal ion which is coated on the surface of the beta-cyclodextrin polymer. Preferably the metal ion is selected from Ca and Na. The cured beta-cyclodextrin polymer powder is prepared by dissolving beta-cyclodextrin in an alkaline aqueous solution and adding epichlorohydrin to it to prepare a beta-cyclodextrin polymer of gel state; dipping the polymer in a metal salt aqueous solution to coat the polymer with a metal ion, thereby preparing a cured beta-cyclodextrin polymer; and washing, drying and pulverizing the obtained polymer.
