Abstract: PURPOSE: A bismuth(bi) based Pb-free piezoelectric ceramic and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance dielectric and piezoelectric properties. CONSTITUTION: A bismuth(bi) based Pb-free piezoelectric ceramic has perovskite crystal structure. Abstract: PURPOSE: A laminate inductor is provided to improve a DC bias property and transmittance by including ferrite powder for a magnetic layer sintered in a ceramic green sheet or non-magnetic layer. CONSTITUTION: A laminate(10) includes a ceramic green sheet for a magnetic layer. A non-magnetic layer(20) is installed in the center of the laminate. A coil(30) generates magnetic flux and includes a plurality of coil conductors and a coil terminal(32) which is electrically connected to the coil conductor. The coil conductor is installed in the laminate and the non-magnetic layer.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A composite dielectric is provided to enhance adhesive force with an electrode layer and strength, thereby enhancing durability of instrumentation. CONSTITUTION: A composite dielectric comprises polymer resins(10), and ceramic dielectrics(20) which are dispersed in the membranous polymers resin. Reinforced fibers(30) selected from glass fiber, carbon fiber, and carbon nanotubes are mixed with the membranous polymers resin and ceramic dielectric. 15 weight% of the reinforced fiber is mixed based on total weight of the composite. Additionally, one or more selected from metal powder of Al, Fe, Cu, Ag, Au, Ni, W, Cr is contained in the membranous polymers resin and ceramic dielectric.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A piezoelectric material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve a piezoelectric effect by adding oxide additives in a process for manufacturing piezoelectric material powder. CONSTITUTION: Raw materials are prepared(S100). Intermediate materials are made by mixing and calcining raw materials(S200). The made intermediate materials are synthesized(S300).
