    Abstract: PURPOSE: A collet having a wide connection area is provided to obtain a complete contact in a structure on connecting female and male connectors by machining slits in the collet and re-machining the inner diameter of the collet in a circular shape by a clamp interval. CONSTITUTION: A collet has a hollow sleeve shape. Plural slits are formed in longitudinal direction to penetrate a peripheral surface of the sleeve and then to meet the hollow portion. The collet is composed of separated segments(1) to form the slits. Each internal diameter of the separated segments(1) is the same as the diameter of a male connector(3) inserted into the hollow portion of the sleeve. The internal diameter of each of the segments(1) has a structure that the internal peripheral surfaces of the segments(1) completely contacted with a peripheral surface of the male connector(3).

    Abstract: 본 발명은 IC(Intergrated Circuit)가 실장된 전기전자회로에서 각종 측정과 시험을 수행할 시 정확한 측정결과를 얻거나 회로 오동작 원인 규명에 필요한 개방회로 구성을 용이하도록 한 IC소켓에 관한 것이다.
    종래에 IC소켓은 각종 측정시험을 위해 이 소켓에 실장된 IC의 핀을 필요에 따라 접속개방을 해야하므로 이를 위해서는 IC를 소켓으로 부터 분리한 후 해당핀을 펼치거나 절단하여 다시 소켓에 삽입해야 하므로 작업이 번거럽고 시간이 많이 쇼요되는 분제점들이 있었다.
    본 발명은 상술한 문제점들을 극복하기 위한 것으로 소켓내에 접속수단을 두고 이 접속수단의 전기적 접점 사이에 절연부재를 삽입 또는 분리시켜 IC를 사용한 회로의 측정 및 시험에 필요한 개방/단락회로의 구성이 용이하도록 한 것이다.
