PURPOSE: A coumarine-containing diamine monomer, a polyimide polymer, and an organic thin film transistor using thereof as an insulator are provided to form a thin film at a low temperature and to secure excellent solubility to a conventional organic solvent. CONSTITUTION: A polyimide polymer for an organic insulator of an organic thin film transistor is marked with chemical formula 1, and the mass average molecular weight of the polyimide polymer is 5,000~1,000,000 g/mol. The insulation thin film generating temperature of the polyimide polymer is 100~300 deg C. The polyimide polymer is manufactured by polymerizing tetracarboxylic dianhydride and a diamine monomer marked with chemical formula 2. An organic thin film transistor includes a gate electrode, an organic insulating film, an organic active layer, a source/drain electrode, and a protective layer.
