Abstract: A dicing die bonding film is provided to easily perform the die bonding of a semiconductor wafer by maintaining superior peeling force at a boundary between an adhesive layer and a wafer bonding layer. A dicing die bonding film is formed by sequentially stacking a supporting layer(10), a point/adhesive layer(20) having an adhesive layer(21) and a reinforcement layer(22), a wafer bonding layer(30), and a wafer bonding protection layer. Peeling force between the supporting layer and the adhesive layer is in a range, 3 to 30 N/20mm. Peeling force between the reinforcement layer and the wafer bonding layer is in a range, 0.01 to 0.3 N/20mm.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A cement-based nonflammable putty composition including stearic acid-based metal salts as hardening retardants is provided, which has good strength and hardness, hardening prevention, moisture conservation, and homogeneous forming in firing. CONSTITUTION: The cement-based nonflammable putty composition comprises 20-40wt.% of cement such as magnesium silicate, aluminum hydroxide and aluminum silicate, 20-40wt.% of filling materials such as asbestos, alumina, kaolin and diatomaceous earth, 5-30wt.% of adhesives such as sodium silicate, acryl latex and natural rubber latex, 2-10wt.% of nonflammable agent such as tris(2-chloroethyl) phosphate, 0.05-6wt.% of thickener based on cellulose, 0.05-6wt.% of surfactant, 20-40wt.% of water, 0.1-7wt.% of antifreeze such as isopropyl alcohol and ethylene glycol, and 0.1-6wt.% of at least one hardening retardant selected from barium stearic acid, zinc stearic acid and cadmium stearic acid.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A sulfonated polystyrene-lignin composite chelate resin for adsorbing specific heavy metal ions and its preparation method are provided, to improve the physical and chemical stability and the mechanical strength, thereby enhancing the adsorbing property to specific heavy metal ions. CONSTITUTION: The chelate resin is represented by the formula 1, wherein A is H or Na. The method comprises the steps of reacting a spherical styrene-divinylbenzene copolymer with chlorosulfonic acid to chlorosulfonate a phenyl ring and aminating it by using ethylene diamine to prepare the aminated-sulfonamide group-containing copolymer represented by the formula 2; reacting the copolymer of the formula 2 with the hydroxymethyl group-containing lignin represented by the formula 3 to prepare the sulfonimide group-containing copolymer represented by the formula 4; and reacting the copolymer of the formula 4 with acetyl sulfate to introduce a sulfonic acid group into the phenyl ring and reacting the obtained one with sodium sulfite to introduce a sulfonic acid group into lignin.

The method comprises the steps of preparing a spherical copolymer represented by the formula 2 by suspension polymerization of styrene and methyl methacrylate using a divinylbenzene as a crosslinking agent; reacting the copolymer of the formula 2 with boron hydride, zinc chloride and N,N'-dimethylaniline to convert a carboxyl ester group into a hydroxymethyl group (-CH2OH), and reacting the obtained one with pyridine and thionyl chloride to convert the hydroxymethyl group into a chloromethyl group and to prepare the chloromethyl group-containing copolymer represented by the formula 3; reacting the copolymer of the formula 3 with zinc chloride and chloromethyl methylether to introduce a chloromethyl group to a phenyl ring and to prepare the copolymer which contains two chloromethyl groups bonded to different positions and is represented by the formula 4; reacting the copolymer of the formula 4 with methyl amine to prepare the aminated copolymer represented by the formula 5; and reacting the copolymer of the formula 5 with carbon disulfide to introduce a dithiocarbamic acid group and neutralizing the obtained one.
