CONSTITUTION: A cooling device for vehicles comprises a radiator(11), a condenser(13), a cooling rim(10), and an air pump(20). The radiator cools coolants heated by an engine. The condenser is installed in front of the radiator. The cooling rim comprises a cooling chamber, and a unit(16) for discharging cold air. The cooling chamber is installed in front of the condenser, and air moves in. As to the unit for discharging the cold air, the air is discharged along the cooling chamber. The air pump supplies the air to the cooling rim.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A damping rubber for a radiator is provided to improve the endurance of the damping rubber, and to absorb vibration efficiently by inserting rubber between a plastic case and a steel case. CONSTITUTION: A damping rubber(10) is composed of a plastic case(13) settling a radiator; a steel case(14) for supporting; and a rubber member(15) filled between the plastic case and the steel case to assemble integrally. The plastic case and the steel case are arranged, and plural grooves are arranged around the plastic case. Grooves are cut longitudinally, and the rubber is inserted to the grooves. An auxiliary buffering member(17) is mounted in the steel case to contact the steel case to a vehicle body(12). The damping rubber is supported in the vehicle body by the steel case, and a boss of the radiator is inserted to a hole(11) of the plastic case. Load is supported in the steel case, and the lower part of the radiator is supported with the damping rubber. Noise is reduced, and vibration is absorbed efficiently with buffering. The endurance of the damping rubber is improved with inserting the rubber between the plastic case and the steel case.
