Abstract: 본 발명은 운전자 운전성향 감응형 가속페달 제어 유닛트에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 운전자의 가속페달 조작패턴을 모듈화된 패턴유형분석부를 통해분석하여 가속페달 암의 스트로크와 답력을 조절하여 운전자별 성향에 적합한 가속감 패턴을 자동으로 조정할 수 있도록 구성된 운전자 운전성향 감응형 가속페달 제어 유닛트에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 일단이 힌지부에 고정되어 지렛대 원리로 동작되는 가속페달 암; 상기 가속페달 암의 힌지부에 설치되어 운전자의 가속페달 조작패턴을 감지하고, 감지된 조작패턴을 모듈화된 패턴유형분석부를 통해 분석하여 발생된 일정한 신호에 따라 구동되는 센싱 및 구동부; 상기 센싱 및 구동부의 회전력을 전달받아 높낮이가 조절되어 가속페달 암의 스트로크가 조정되도록 가속페달 암의 하단에 설치되는 스트로크조정부; 상기 센싱 및 구동부에서 발생된 회전력을 동력전달부를 통해 전달받아 힌지부 일단으로 돌출된 가속페달 암의 선단부 상면을 가압하도록 가속페달 암 선단부 상면에 설치되는 답력조절부; 를 포함해서 구성된다.

CONSTITUTION: An acceleration pedal vibration device comprises a motor actuator and a vibration motor(23). The motor actuator receives a control signal of a controller in order to operate. The motor actuator is fixed to a pedal arm housing(11) and is connected to the vibration motor by being fixed to a pedal arm(12) by a wire(24). The vibration motor is fixed to a ball link(15) and vibrates a pedal pad(14) when the motor actuator operates.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A driving inclination induction type acceleration pedal control unit is provided to supply improved drive quality to a driver by actively controlling stroke and pedal efforts of a pedal according to driving inclination of the driver. CONSTITUTION: A driving inclination induction type acceleration pedal control unit(100) comprises an acceleration pedal arm(20), a sensing and driving unit(50), a stroke control unit(40), and a pedal effort control unit(60). The sensing and driving unit is installed in a hinge unit(30) of the acceleration pedal arm and is operated according to a signal analyzed through a pattern analysis unit(55). The stroke control unit is located in the lower part of the acceleration pedal arm and controls stroke of the acceleration pedal arm.
