Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for evaluating a coating layer of a vehicle is provided to precisely test the performance of the coating layer by cutting the coating layer based on pressure between the coating layer and a knife. CONSTITUTION: A coating layer evaluating apparatus for a vehicle includes a knife fixing section(12), a pressing device(14) and a pressure sensor. The knife fixing section(12) fixes a plurality of knifes(11). A spring(13) is installed in the pressing device(14) so as to elastically bias the knife fixing section(12). The pressure sensor measures pressure of a coating layer(20) and the knifes(11) in such a manner that coated surface is cut in a uniform thickness. The knife fixing section(12) has a front section and a rear section, which are coupled to each other through a bolt. A fixing slot is formed at a rear portion of the front section so as to fix the knifes(11).

CONSTITUTION: The thermosetting composite resin composition for a road wheel comprises an unsaturated polyester resin as a base material, a glass fiber as a reinforcing material and an inorganic filler and additives. Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a multilayered assist handle grip is provided to improve quality and to reduce the weight by manufacturing the handle grip with TPE(Thermoplastic elastomer) and ABS(Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene), and to prevent environmental pollution by recycling conveniently. CONSTITUTION: A multilayered assist handle grip is composed of an inner layer(44), and an outer layer(42) surrounding the inner layer. The inner layer is manufactured with ABS resin, and the outer layer is manufactured with TPE. Molten TPE resin is injected through an injection part of a first injection molding machine to a mold. Molten ABS resin is injected through an injection part of a second injection molding machine to the mold in cooling the TPE resin as 30-50 %. The ABS resin is filled with pushing the TPE by injection pressure, and the handle grip is manufactured with substituting PVC(polyvinyl chloride) with TPE. The quality is improved, and the weight is reduced with making the handle grip of ABS and TPE.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing pillar trim for a vehicle is provided to improve impact strength under low temperature, reduce the quantity of resin while maintaining the same mechanical physical properties as pillar trim by usual injection molding, and reduce the weight and the cost. CONSTITUTION: In a method of manufacturing pillar trim for a vehicle, CO-polypropylene resin is manufactured by an injection molding process in which a hyperfine foaming method is applied to secure forming rate of 2¯12 percent. The injection forming process includes steps of drying CO-polypropylene resin at 70 ¯90 degrees Centigrade for 2¯3 hours; putting the CO-polypropylene resin into a cylinder(14) of an injection molding machine(10) and melting the CO-polypropylene resin; injecting a foaming catalyst into the cylinder and uniformly mixing the foaming catalyst and the CO-polypropylene resin; injecting the melted CO-polypropylene resin and the foaming catalyst into a metal mold(1) of 40¯90 degrees Centigrade and foaming the CO-polypropylene resin through catalysis of the foaming catalyst caused by pressure lowering of the inside of the metal mold.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a console box is provided to prevent harmful smell caused by a PVC and to improve the productivity by reducing the manufacturing steps when fabricating the console box. CONSTITUTION: A console box includes a core part and a skin part. The core part is injection-molded by injecting molten PP resin into a mold(30) by using the first nozzle(40). When PP resin has been solidified about 70 to 80%, the mold(30) rotates about 180 degrees, thereby positioning the mold(30) in the secondary cavity for forming the skin part.
