Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for coating magnetic substance paints using a magnetic ball are provided to pattern more elaborate cubic pattern by arranging the magnetic substance on the surface of an interior part for a vehicle while coating the paint in which the magnetic substances are included. CONSTITUTION: A method for coating a magnetic substance pains using a magnetic ball comprise the following steps: coating a paint(16) including a magnetic substance on the outer side of a product; transferring the magnetic ball(20) along the surface of the product on the basis of 3D data of the product; and creating a desired cubic pattern by arranging the magnetic substance within the coated paint using a magnetic field of the magnetic ball.

PURPOSE: A 3D shape coating device and method are provided to form a three-dimensional pattern on the surface of a plastic component by coating paint including a ferromagnetic material on the plastic component and applying a magnetic field of a specific pattern to the coating. CONSTITUTION: A 3D shape coating device comprises a component mounting plate(20) for placing and holding a plastic component(30), a base plate(10) which is hinged on the component mounting plate to be opened and closed, a curved surface(12) which is processed on the bottom of the base plate in the same shape as the plastic component surface, a groove(14) formed on the curved surface of the base plate in the desired pattern, and a permanent magnet(16) inserted into the groove. When the base plate is closed, the distance from the base plate and the permanent magnet to the plastic component is maintained 3mm~5mm.

A structure for improving hood strike in automobile is provided to reduce lesion value of pedestrian by the striker fixing and supports hood cannot act on the rigid body and the impact can be absorbed. A structure for improving hood strike in automobile has the hood which is prepared in order to cover the engine room of vehicle. As to the striker uniting with the latch installed at frame and is prepared so that hood be fixed, the supporting part(100) of the pair it is prepared in the front inner side of hood and the end part is fixed, the fixing unit(200) which is prepared in order to the other end part of the supporting part be inserted, and the lower end surface of the supporting part comprised of the respective elastic spring(210).

An apparatus and a method for displaying a voice recognition enable state for the improvement of the dynamic voice recognition rate of a driver are provided to compare a level before the input of a voice signal with a level after the input of the voice signal, bypass a flow of the voice signal into a voice recognition engine when a difference between the levels is smaller than the minimum SNR(Signal to Noise Ratio), and notify the driver of the fact of bypassing the flow of the voice signal visually, thereby inducing the driver to use the voice recognition system in a dynamic method and minimizing convenience caused by the malfunction of the system. An apparatus for displaying a voice recognition enable state for the improvement of the dynamic voice recognition rate of a driver comprises an MIC AMP(Microphone Amplifier), an ADC(Analog to Digital Converter), a DSP(Digital Signal Processor) having a level detector and a level comparison algorithm, a bypass switch, and a voice recognition system. The MIC AMP receives noise and a voice. The ADC converts the noise and voice inputted from the MIC AMP into digital signals. The level detector measures the level of the noise and voice signals converted into the digital signals. The bypass switch bypasses the noise.

An upper part assembly structure of a vehicle radiator is provided to expand an impact energy absorption space of the leading end of a hood panel to reduce an injury to a pedestrian. First ends of brackets(15a, 15b) are coupled to the upper member(21) of a carrier(20) using bolts(23a, 23b) and nuts. The bolts includes support rings(40a, 40b), in the middle of each of which a support groove is formed. A vertical part(22) the upper member includes rectangular holes on both sides thereof. Sliders(44a, 44b) include opposite semi-circular support slots, and are slidably supported in the holes of the vertical part. The support grooves of the support rings are inserted and supported in the semi-circular support slots. A slide opening unit is installed on an inner surface of the upper member(21).
