Abstract:
A bio-board is provided to cut down a manufacturing cost by using relatively cheap polyethylene terephthalate etc. and not using only expensive polylactic acid fiber and to improve a mechanical-thermal property. A bio-board laminates non-woven over two layers. The non-woven comprises a sheath-core typed composite fiber and natural fiber. The sheath-core typed composite fiber comprises polylactic acid 30 ~ 70 weight% as a sheath component, polyethylene terephthalate as a core ingredient and a resin 30 ~ 70 weight% selected from a group consisting of polytrimethylene terephthalate, polypropylene, and polyethylene.

PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for coating magnetic substance paints using a magnetic ball are provided to pattern more elaborate cubic pattern by arranging the magnetic substance on the surface of an interior part for a vehicle while coating the paint in which the magnetic substances are included. CONSTITUTION: A method for coating a magnetic substance pains using a magnetic ball comprise the following steps: coating a paint(16) including a magnetic substance on the outer side of a product; transferring the magnetic ball(20) along the surface of the product on the basis of 3D data of the product; and creating a desired cubic pattern by arranging the magnetic substance within the coated paint using a magnetic field of the magnetic ball.

PURPOSE: A polyolefin resin composition is provided to have excellent mechanical properties such as impact strength, elasticity, a heat distortion temperature, and flowability, and to improve workability. CONSTITUTION: A polyolefin resin composition comprises 0.2-5 parts by weight of a surfactant based on 100.0 parts by weight of a mixed composition. The mixed composition consists of 30-96 weight% of a polyolefin resin, 1-30 weight% of a rubber, and 3-40 weight% of inorganic fillers. The polyolefin resin comprises a propylene homopolymer which is a propylene homopolymer; a random copolymer which is formed by copolymerizing 80-90 mol% of a polypropylene monomer and 20-10 mol% of an α-olefin comonomer; and one or a mixture of two more selected from block copolymers in which 1-10 parts by weight of an ethylene-propylene-rubber is blended to 90-99 parts by weight of a homopolymer.

PURPOSE: A magnetic coating method for forming a three-dimensional pattern is provided to uniformly maintain the intensity of a magnetic field by uniformly maintaining the distance between a magnetic material generating the magnetic field and a magnetic paint and to obtain complex and various 3D patterns. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic coating method for forming a three-dimensional pattern comprises the following steps: injecting raw materials, which is manufactured by mixing a plastic resin including a magnetic paint with a solvent with a fixed component ratio, into a mold; forming a magnetic field by sanctioning a current to an electromagnet which is installed in the mold of a pattern surface of a finished product; forming the three-dimensional pattern after the magnetic paint is arranged according to a shape of the magnetic field; and taking a solidified finished product through a cooling dehydration process within the mold.

PURPOSE: A magnetic painting method for forming a cubic pattern is provided to obtain a complex cubic pattern to various products by uniformly maintaining the intensity of product through keeping the distance between a magnet and magnetic paint. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic painting method for forming a cubic pattern comprises the following steps: injection molding a plastic resin containing a ferromagnetic material by inserting the resin to a mold; magnetizing a semi-product separated from the mold with a magnetic field of a three-dimensional pattern; forming the cubic pattern by spraying paint including the magnetic paint on the surface of the magnetized semi-product; and drying the paint for curing the cubic pattern.

Thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO)-nanocomposite material composition comprises polypropylene resin, polyethylene resin, gum resin, nanoclay masterbatch and glass bubbles master batch. An independent claim is also included for producing TPO-composite material, comprising introducing the glass bubbles masterbatch by a lateral inlet.
