Abstract:
PURPOSE: A sound absorption material using modified cross-section fiber and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce NVH(Noise, Vibration, Harshness) by lessening sound wave flowing in a vehicle interior from the outside of the vehicle through a matrix structure of modified cross-section fiber. CONSTITUTION: A sound absorption material comprises modified cross-section fiber 50~70wt.% and binding agent 30~50wt.%. The modified cross-section fiber forms a matrix structure. The binding agent forms the binding structure between the modified cross-section fibers. The modified cross-section fiber has shapes of a star, a square, W, and a cross. The modified cross-section fiber has the length of 50~60 mm.

A water-dispersible polyurethane resin is provided to ensure low anion content and high particle stability, to perform water dispersion of solid portion, and to be various industrial uses such as paint adhesive, fiber-treating agent and primer. A method for manufacturing a water-dispersible polyurethane resin comprises the steps of: reacting a chain extender and a diisocyanate compound in a weight ratio of 1 : 2.5~3 to manufacture isocyanate-terminated hard segments; reacting the hard segments 100.0 parts by weight, polyol 295~310 parts by weight and diisocyanate compound 65~80 parts by weight to manufacture a hydroxyl group-terminated prepolymer I containing soft segments; reacting the prepolymer I 100.0 parts by weight, diol 2~3 parts by weight having a carboxyl group and a diisocyanate compound 2~4 parts by weight to manufacture a prepolymer II; and preparing the water-dispersible polyurethane resin by water-dispersing the prepolymer II.

An apparatus and a method of preparing a spherical fine powder for powder slush molding for automobile instrument surface materials are provided to reduce high process costs during freeze pulverization and to solve problems such as poor melting on the back side of a molded article and formation of pin holes in the molded article by preparing spherical fine powder with an uniform particle size. An apparatus of preparing a spherical fine powder for powder slush molding for automobile instrument surface materials comprises: an extruder(10) melting and kneading olefin- and urethane-based thermoplastic resins at high temperatures; a gear pump(12) transferring the thermoplastic resins that have been melted and kneaded at high temperatures to the fine extrusion die as much as a fixed quantity at a time; a fine extrusion die(14) including an underwater type cutting unit(20) cutting the extruded thermoplastic resins to spherical fine powder; a cooling water tank(16); a heat exchanger(18); a transfer line(24); a centrifuge(22); a cooling water return line; and a spherical fine powder discharge line(28).

A method for producing natural leather is provided to make human metabolism active and promote human fatigue when a user is in the natural leather, by painting the natural leather using anion emitting material. Natural leather is produced by a tanning process, a dyeing process, a drying process, and a painting process. The painting process includes rear coating, sealing coating, base coating, color coating, and top coating. The rear coating is performed by using 10-20 wt% of anion emitting material having a particle size of 0.7-50 micrometers based on 100 wt% of raw leather. The base coating is performed by using 15-25 wt% of anion emitting material having a particle size of 0.7-50 micrometers. Further, the anion emitting material is charcoal, conglomerate with seven color or a mixture thereof.

PURPOSE: Provided is polyethylene based resin composition useful as an automobile interior material using ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and ethylene-glycidyl methacrylate copolymer in high-density polyethylene resin to obtain excellent calendering workability and high-frequency welding ability. CONSTITUTION: The resin composition comprises (A) 30-70 parts by weight of high-density polyethylene resin having 0.935-0.965 g/cm¬3 of density and 0.05-5 g/10min(190 deg.C) of melting index; (B) 30-40 parts by weight of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer having amount of vinyl acetate in 30-40 parts by weight and 3-10 g/10min(190 deg.C) of melting index; and (C) 10-20 parts by weight of ethylene-glycidyl methacrylate copolymer having the amount of glycidyl methacrylate in 30-40 parts by weight.

CONSTITUTION: Polypropylene resin composition comprises (A) 1-30 parts by weight of amorphous polypropylene consisting of dimer having 1-20 wt% of propylene homopolymer or propylene and C2-C10 alpha-olefin; (B) 10-20 parts by weight of crystalline polypropylene consisting of dimer having 1-25 wt% of propylene homopolymer or propylene and C2-C10 alpha-olefin; (C) 30-70 parts by weight of ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer rubber consisting of dimer having 25-60 wt% of ethylene and C2-10 alpha-olefin; (D) 1-30 parts by weight of processing oil selected from paraffin oil, aromatic oil, and naphthene oil; and (E) 1-20 parts by weight of mineral filler selected from talc, calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, magnesium, calcium stearate, mica, silica, calcium silicate, clay, and carbon black.

The present invention relates to a thermoplastic resin composition, more specifically to a thermoplastic resin composition with superior extrusion and calendar formability and directly coatable without using primer because the crosslinking density can be arranged to improve the physical and chemical properties of the composition and the solubility to the solvent is increased during the coating process by including processing oil, inorganic filler, crosslinking agent and crosslinking assistant in random polypropylene resin, highly-crystalline random polypropylene resin, highly-crystalline polyolefin resin, olefin copolymer rubber and low-density polyethylene resin. This thermoplastic resin composition may be suitable for the use as surface material of the inner parts of automobiles.
