Abstract: 본 발명은 내열성 및 흡음성이 우수한, 탄소 섬유를 포함하는 중심층 및 내열층을 포함하는 복합 섬유웹 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 복합 섬유웹 제조방법은 멜트 블로운 제조공법으로 인해 제조 속도가 빠른 바 경제성이 뛰어나다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 복합 섬유웹은 복합층으로 되어 있고 각 층별 섬유 직경이 다양한 바 흡음률이 우수하고, 복합층 중 내열층에 포함된 PET 섬유는 친환경적 소재일 뿐 아니라, 초극세사로 제조된 섬유를 포함하므로 우수한 내열성을 가지고 있다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 복합 섬유웹은 우수한 강도 및 도전성 뿐 아니라 전자파 차단 및 탈취효과를 가지고 있으므로, 흡음재 및 이를 응용할 수 있는 소재 전 분야에 걸쳐 널리 사용될 수 있을 것이다.
