Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce so-called short-circuit wherein a part of blowout air stream is sucked into a suction port. SOLUTION: The blowout angles of outlet air streams are unified substantially by a method wherein a panel equipped with a plurality of air outlets and a louver 10 supported pivotally so as to change the direction of send-out air are provided while the terminal unit 15 and the intermediate unit 16 of the louver 10 are provided respectively with a terminal unit control surface 17 and an intermediate unit control surface 18 to make the direction of air streams at every control surfaces 17, 18 different and cancel the bias of air stream at the terminal unit, readily receiving an interference between indoor feedback air stream especially, whereby the send-out angles of the blowout air streams are unified substantially. According to this method, short-circuit is reduced.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a layout limit of a control mechanism of a louver to vary the direction of a supply air flow to a horizontal direction or a down ward direction, to reduce a mechanism space, to decrease drive torque, to perform the use of a low torque motor, and further to generate an air flow having high diffusion ability as against relief of draft. SOLUTION: This air-conditioner is provided with a panel 7 having a plurality of air outlets 6, and plurality of rotatably supported louvers 101-108 to change a direction of supply air. The louvers 101-108 are driven by a plurality of motors 26 and 27 to drive the louvers 101-108 and flexible members 13 classified by a group and transmitting torque of the motors 26 and 27 and sliding. A layout limit is relieved by the flexible members 13 and its drive space is ensured. Further, by reciprocating the louvers classified by a group respectively in a reverse direction, an air flow having high diffusion ability is generated and comfortability is improved.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily position a small end part and a large end part of a connecting rod, and facilitate assembling by providing a dovetail groove and a dovetail part in the large end part and the small end part, and forming a locking surface being an assembling positioner to engage with only adjacent two sides of the dovetail part, in a part of an end surface of the dovetail groove. SOLUTION: A dovetail part 54 is arranged in an end part of a small end part 50 of a connecting rod, and a dovetail groove 55 is arranged in a large end part 52. A step difference 63 is formed over two sides or only on one side of the dovetail groove on an end surface of the dovetail groove 55, and a locking surface 64 being an assembling positioner as a result, is composed of this step difference 63. When fitting the dovetail part 54 and the dovetail groove 55, first of all, the rotational direction ζ is regulated by contacting the step difference 63 of the large end part 52 and an end surface 65 of the dovetail part 54 in a plane with each other. Next, the slidingly moving direction S of the small end part, the swinging direction B and the rotational direction α and θ of the large end part 52 are demarcated on the locking surface 64 by regulating adjacent two sides of the dovetail part 54, and both are set by moving the large end part 52 in the shaft direction up to a prescribed position. Next, a clamp member is pressed in, and assembling is completed.

By this method, a core type die is not required, further, both die and punch can have enough strength, also, deburring is easily executed because burr is generated to the outer periphery of tube.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the drop of articles on a tray while the tray is carried and to facilitate the ejection of articles from the tray by providing a wall on the peripheral part of a baseplate and making an inclined face in the part of the baseplate. CONSTITUTION:A wall 102 which is low in height is provided on the all the peripheral parts of a square baseplate 101. In the half of the baseplate 101, an opening is provided, and a conver state baseplate 103 which fits the opening is coupled with the baseplate 101 in a hinge part 104. In a delivery tray 100, the cover state baseplate 103 which occupies about the half of all the area of the baseplate is capable of bending toward the upper direction from the center of the baseplate and an inclined face can be formed toward the wall 102 from the center of the baseplate 101. In this constitution, articles do not drop below the tray 100 because the wall 102 is provided on the peripheral part of the baseplate 101. When articles are ejected from the tray 100, the ejection of the articles is smooth because the articles go up along the inclination made of the part of the baseplate 101, they get over the wall 102 and they are ejected to the outside of the tray 100.
