Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make easily vendible many kinds of commodity without complicated operations, etc., by storing a position corresponding to a storage partition of commodity storage rack that is detected by a light sensor and automatically recognizing the positions of respective storage partitions of the commodity storage rack. SOLUTION: A drive mechanism 9 performs the position detection of a storage partition by performing an initial setting operation when commodity storage is finished and a light sensor in a storage device 8 detects reflection plates 19 (provided at a position corresponding to a storage partition of a commodity storage rack 5) which are attached to the designated position of the each storage partition. Then, the positional information on each storage partition is acquired and recorded in a storing means. Thus, the position of the storage partition can be recognized even if the position of the storage partition is change by adjusting the storage partition of the rack 5 in accordance with the dimensions etc., of a the commodity. As for commodity carrying, a commodity receiving mechanism stores the commodity from the rack 5, moves it to a taking out port 13 and ejects it according to the commodity information of the storing means.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sell thin merchandise, and to contribute to the variation of a merchandise housing device by providing an adjusting piece for making an opening narrow for adjusting the size of the opening. SOLUTION: An adjusting piece 11 is shaped like a plate, and adjusting piece safety lugs 11a are constituted at the both edges of the adjusting piece 11 so that L-shaped vertical pieces can be bent inside. Deformed holes 4c are constituted at the both edges of the rear part of an opening edge 4a of a merchandise housing case 4. Protrusions are pieces projecting downward inside the deformed holes 4c. The protrusions are constituted like a recessed shape in side so that interfitting parts can be obtained. When the adjusting piece safety lugs 11a of the adjusting piece 11 are inserted into the deformed holes 4c of the merchandise housing case 4 and moved to an opening 6 side, the adjusting piece safety lugs 11a are interfit into the interfitting parts, and the adjusting piece 11 is fixed. Thus, the opening 6 can be made narrow so that it is possible to facilitate a counter measure to even thin merchandise. Thus, the opening 6 can be made narrow only by mounting the adjusting piece 11.

Since load is not almost applied at the initial stage of starting a door opening/closing mechanism, a motor with low torque can be used. Since inertia does not directly shock a link at the time of stopping the motor for opening/closing the door 21, food can be simply and compactly prevented from being slipped/dropped and the effect of practical use can be improved.

In such as configuration, one carrying and driving part 2 can switch driving between two merchandise carrying devices 14 and connect the devices 14. Thus, it is possible to obtain inexpensive and economical merchandise carrying devices 14.

The merchandise housing case 11 is drawn, and the protrusion piece 13 is allowed to slide along the guiding member groove 14a, and to stop in the circular molded piece 14c so that the merchandise housing case 11 can be inclined and merchandise can be supplied. At that time, even when the top end of the merchandise housing case 11 is moved right and left, the protrusion piece 13 is fit into the circular molded piece 14c and difficult to release.

Thus the article stored in the stock can be simply and compactly carried without requiring complicated operation.
