Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a video image largely in a speech state while having a telephone set in one hand and to easily conduct an operation relating to each processing of video information without being a limited by the hand having the telephone set. SOLUTION: A visual device section 3 consisting of a visual device 12 comprising an eye piece 14 and comprising a display element 15 or the like, of an arm section 18 made of a flexible member and of a rotation section 19 is fitted freely turnably to the portable telephone set 2 in an extension way, and the visual device 12 is supported to provide an optimum angle and position to eyes of the user. A video image displayed on the display element 15 is confirmed in a form magnified by the eye piece 14, a rotation detection circuit is placed to the rotation section 19 and the position of the visual device 12 is discriminated by an output of the rotation detection circuit to inverts a scanning direction of the display element vertically and horizontally. Thus, the operation with respect to each processing of video information is facilitated without being limited by the hand having the telephone set.

At this time, a guide protruding part 14 which acts as the guide in the inserting direction X approaching the above described optical pickup device is provided at the central part, and the outer surface part on at least one surface of the cartridge fram 10 is provided.
