    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enhance water proofness and humidity resistance of a metal deposit layer by providing a coated layer mainly composed of an oxyketone complex salt compound at least on one surface of a base film, over which further a metal deposit layer is provided. CONSTITUTION:A coated layer constituted of a composition mainly composed of at least one kind of oxyketone complex compound is provided in at least one surface of a base film. Then, a metal deposit layer is formed on the base film provided with the coated layer. The oxyketone complex salt compound means one kind of organic metal coordination compound such as, for instance, acetylacetone complex salt, theonyltrifluoroacetone complex salt or the like, and among others, acetylacetone complex salt is mot preferable in respect of adhesiveness to the base material and properties of composite film. The laminating thickness of the constituted coated layer is not particularly restricted, but 0.001-3.0mum is preferred. The metal deposit layer is formed by adhering low melting point metal such as aluminum, zinc, copper, tin or the like, or its oxide, or alloy containing said elements, or else Fe, Co, Ni or other ferromagnetic metal or magnetic alloy containing said elements to the base film and carrying out forming.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve printability, processability and post processability by providing a resin layer which consists essentially of a copolymer formed by grafting a compd. having an unsatd. bond with a hydrophilic group-contg. polyester resin and a crosslinking binder and has a specific grafting ratio of the copolymer. CONSTITUTION:A tacky adhesive agent layer, a polyester film and the resin layer which consists essentially of the copolymer formed by grafting the compd. having the unsatd. bond with the hydrophilic group-contg. polyester resin and the crosslinking binder and has 0.5-600% grafting rate of the copolymer are laminated in this order. The printability, processability and post processability are improve in this way.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the drop-out and to improve an antistatic property by specifying the surface roughness of a conductive layer consisting of an electrical conductor essentially consisting of pulverized metallic oxide powder and and org. high-polymer binder to -10 OMEGA. CONSTITUTION:The conductive layer consists essentially of the pulverized metallic oxide powder and the org. high-polymer binder. The pulverized metallic oxide powder is a compsn. consisting of at least one kind selected from tin oxide, antimony oxide, indium oxide, and bismuth oxide. For example, acryl, vinyl, urethane, epoxy, polyester, PP, and copolymers and mixtures composed thereof are usable for the org. high-polymer binder. The surface roughness of the conductive layer is specified to -10 OMEGA range. The antistatic property is thereby stably obtd. for a long period of time and the drop-out is prevented.
