Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the titled conjugate fiber having high stretchability and useful for stockings, etc., by carrying out the composite melt spinning using a crystalline polyamide as the low-shrinkage component and a specific polyether ester amide polymer, etc., as the high-shrinkage component. CONSTITUTION:The objective fiber can be produced by the composite melt spinning of a high-shrinkage polymer consisting of a polyether ester amide polymer and/or polyether amide polymer derived from (A) a 6-20C aliphatic diamine, (B) a 6-15C aliphatic dicarboxylic acid (essentially equimolar amount to the aliphatic diamine A), (C) a polyalkylene oxide glycol and/or polyalkylene oxide diamine having a number-average molecular weight of 300-2,000 and (D) a 4-20C dicarboxylic acid and a low-shrinkage polymer consisting of a crystalline polyamide. A conjugate fiber having sufficiently high tenacity even at fine denier can be produced without causing the thermal decomposition, foaming, gelatinization, etc., of the elastomer.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable the high-speed winding of a fiber to a well-shaped package, suppressing the internal strain of the fiber, by placing godet rolls between the drawing roll and the winding roll, and winding the fiber while taking up under a specific condition. CONSTITUTION:A polyamide fiber is intertwined with air by the intertwining apparatus 4, drawn between the take-up roll 5 and the hot drawing roll 6 at a ratio of =4,000m/min to obtain the wound package 7. The surface temperature of the drawing roll is adjusted to Tg+50-Tm- 10(C ). The spun fiber is wound

Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable the winding of spun yarn in good package form even at a high take-up speed, by melting and spinning a thermaoplastic synthetic polymer, cooling and solidifying the polymer, and applying a lubricant liquid cooled to a specific temperature to the spun yarn. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic synthetic polymer, preferably a polyamide polymer, is melted and spun through the spinneret 1 to obtain a spun yarn Y. The yarn Y is cooled and solidified in the chimney 2, and introduced into the oiling guide 3. Separately, a lubricant liquid in the lubricant tank 8 is metered with the metering pump 7, cooled to =4,500m/min), and wound in the form of a package 6. The form, uniformity and unwindability of the package can be improved.

Abstract: PURPOSE:Melt spinning is conducted under specific conditions that the filament fineness of the extremely fine filament yarn and the filament fineness of the hollow filaments satisfy specific relations to produce combined filament yarns giving fabrics free from dyeing speck and unpleasant luster, having good touch, draping property and resilience. CONSTITUTION:Extremely fine filament group A and hollow filament group B are simultaneously melt-spun to produce combined filament yarns under such conditions as the filament denier d1 of extremely fine filaments consitituting group A and the filament denier d2 of the hollow filament group B simultaneously satisfy the equations. The share of the extremely fine filament group A is preferably 40-85% in terms of the fineness of the combined filament yarn.
