An actuating device for orthosis including a housing, a motor, a transmission disposed in the housing, and an actuating arm. The transmission is operatively connected to the motor such that the motor provides power to the transmission. The transmission includes a first stage, a second stage, and a third stage. The first stage has a first sprocket, a second sprocket, and a first drive belt tensioned between the first sprocket and the second sprocket. The first sprocket is attached to a shaft of the motor. The second stage has a third sprocket, a fourth sprocket, and a second drive belt tensioned by the third sprocket and the fourth sprocket. The third sprocket is attached to the second sprocket of the first stage. The third stage has a fifth sprocket, a sixth sprocket, and a third drive belt tensioned by the fifth sprocket and the sixth sprocket. The fifth sprocket is attached to the fourth sprocket of the second stage. The transmission additionally includes a first shaft and a second shaft. The second sprocket, the third sprocket, and the sixth sprocket are attached to the first shaft, and the fourth sprocket and the fifth sprocket are attached to the second shaft. The actuating arm is operatively connected to the sixth sprocket of the third stage of the transmission such that the power provided to the transmission by the motor causes the actuating arm to provide an output torque.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Mobilitäts-Assistenzsystem (1) in der Form einer fahrbaren Gehhilfe wie ein Rollator, welches einen Hauptkörper (10) mit einem Fahrwerk (12) und einem Antrieb (14) umfasst und zumindest eine Verkleidungshülle (40, 41, 42). Die Verkleidungshülle ist über Lagerelemente (50) an dem Hauptkörper (10) befestigt, die derart ausgebildet sind, um eine reversible Relativbewegung der Verkleidungshülle (40, 41, 42) zum Hauptkörper (10) zu ermöglichen, insbesondere um Kollisionen des Mobilitäts-Assistenzsystems (1) mit der Umgebung abzudämpfen. Die Verkleidungshülle (40, 41, 42) ist mit Sensoren (60) zur Kollisionsdetektion versehen, die dazu eingerichtet sind eine Relativbewegung zwischen Verkleidungshülle (40, 41, 42) und Hauptkörper (10) zu detektieren. Die Sensoren (40, 41, 42) sind mit einer Steuerung (22) des Antriebs (14) gekoppelt. Die Steuerung (22) ist eingerichtet, um in Reaktion auf eine Kollisions-Detektion bzw.eine Detektion einer Relativbewegung den Antrieb geeignet anzusteuern, insbesondere zu stoppen.

Es wird eine Manschettenartige Massage-Vorrichtung (10) beschrieben, wobei mindestens zwei längliche formstabile Massageorgane (12) vorgesehen sind, jedes Massageorgan (12) einen Elektromotor (14) und mindestens zwei in Längsrichtung des Massageorgans (12) voneinander beabstandete, mittels des Elektromotors (14) drehbar antreibbare Massageelemente (36) aufweist, ein flexibles Manschettengehäuse (22) vorgesehen ist, das mindestens zwei in Querrichtung der manschettenartigen Massage-Vorrichtung (10) orientierte, voneinander getrennte Lagerräume (24) für die länglichen Massageorgane (12) aufweist, die Lagerräume (24) durch ein körpernahes Innenflächenelement (26) und ein Lagerraum- Begrenzungsflächenelement (28) begrenzt ist, und wobei vom flexiblen Manschettengehäuse (22) eine flexible Kletteinrichtung (60) seitlich wegsteht.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device for a beauty/health roller which has no worry of contamination on hot water and a bathtub, is sanitary, is lighter weight than the conventional ball bearing, has no rattling of the roller, and exhibits a small rotational resistance of the roller, and to provide the beauty/health roller with this bearing device.SOLUTION: The bearing device 4 for a beauty/health roller is used for the beauty/health roller having a grippable body and a roller 3 arranged on the end part of the body, and supports rotatably the roller 3 to a supporting shaft 2a provided on the end part of the body. It includes: a radial bearing 5 into which the supporting shaft 2a is inserted and which rotatably supports the roller 3 to the supporting shaft 2a; a thrust bearing 6 arranged on one end face side of the radial bearing 5; and a pilot pressure applying member 7 interposed between the radial bearing 5 and the thrust bearing 6, and is a sliding bearing made by molding the radial bearing 5 and the thrust bearing 6 respectively from resin compositions.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic brush device which has a high cleaning effect and is excellent in a using feeling by combining a plurality of movements such as a rotary movement and a forward and backward movements and making a brush generate various movements. SOLUTION: A motor (3) is equipped inside a main body case (10) which can be hand-carried, and a rotary shaft (41) to be rotated forward and reversely by the motor and a vibration shaft (51) to be vibrated in a front-and-rear direction are provided. Then, the brush attached to the outer side of the main body case is connected so as to be freely rotated to the vibration shaft, the rotary shaft is spline-connected to the brush, and the vibrations in the front-and-rear direction and the forward and reverse rotary movements are imparted to the brush.
